There was at least a 70% increase in traffic and leads. Customers love the updated site and have a much better understanding of our service offerings.

We had weekly updates where the project manager followed up and informed me about the development of the project: if we are keeping the deadlines (which they did every time) if any issues had occurred etc. In most of the meetings, the developers and the designers also took part and gave their input.

I was most impressed with Webby Central's great communication and management skills. They were an extremely dedicated and motivated team and finally they kept all of their deadlines which is very rare with this big of a project.

Our team started doing their research and found many e-commerce developing companies online out of which we shortlisted a few of them who look to be of the caliber to handle our massive project. We had a meeting to explain the goal and requirement. Webby Central showed us an example to prove they can deliver the job. After signing the agreement, they started to work. We began our work on Figma with UI designs and mockups and reviewed these weekly. Once development began we received regular builds and updates from the team, sometimes daily, until we were comfortable to go online.

We worked directly with project managers, who communicated our requirements with well-organized programmers and lead developers to carry out necessary developments for any requirements. They have provided us with a direct channel so we can remain in touch with the server management team who is 24*7 available for us to keep monitoring and managing our servers and optimizing them to the best methodologies.

Within the first month, we saw a dramatic improvement in the performance of the website, namely speed, and reliability. Also, The customer response is very positive. We’re getting much higher engagement and conversions.

Webby’s team is very responsive and proactive. We communicate via email and phone calls, and our every-other-week call is via Skype. If we email or call them, they’re very quick to respond to our requests and questions.

We used Slack and Jira to create perfect communication between me and the team so I was able every day to see the progress of the project.

Their honesty, their quality of work, as well as their communication were the most impressive. They were able to complete our requests immediately because they made us their priority and I am sure they do the same for all their clients.

The improvements that had to come with Webby Central were all solved in time. I can't imagine a better party that has the intention to grow a customer in turnover.

A majority of our communication is through emails. There is also a platform where we can log into that shows all of our leads and traffic. We also have biweekly calls. They’re very good about communicating what their plan is for every month for content, links, and more. Overall, We were pleased with the results. The quality of their work was good. Different aspects of the website needed to look or functioned a certain way for the eCommerce store, so it would have been challenging to develop it if you weren’t an expert in the eCommerce development itself. Webby Central did a good job of asking questions to figure out the best solution.

A majority of our communication is through email and Skype. The communication between us has been great. Whenever We need something, they always ready to help and answer our questions. They strive to help us understand everything that’s going on.

It felt like every team member was bringing their expertise and creativity to the floor. They weren’t just delivering to our user acceptance criteria but rather pushing us during the development to consider other cases. It helped us achieve an outcome that we believed in and felt good about.
