Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We have had a ton of great feedback from users about the new website and how great it is. We have seen uptick sales which is exactly what we needed!

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They were very professional and organized. The communication is pretty smooth. We submit all requests through a ticketing system, and their response rate is fairly quick. Emergency situations are tackled with a simple phone call to their main office.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We value their fresh design ideas and the ability to listen to project needs. They incorporate them in beautiful and user-friendly designs. We also appreciate our contact person’s responsiveness. We basically get answers in less than a day and I think this is what distinguishes them from other design companies.

There’s really nothing negative I would ever say about them and their process—and especially their deliverables. They were right on par with everything I wanted, and they really exceeded what we were hoping for.

We shortlisted three companies but after seeing their websites and their Clutch profiles, Webby Central was our top choice.We were also impressed by what they had to offer. They were also familiar with our industry and seemed to have the best handle on our unique needs.

Once we selected them to create the site, we provided examples of other sites that we liked and wanted their creative input toward our new one. Throughout the process, I felt like we needed to keep pushing for what we wanted. The first draft was almost exact to our current website. We had to correct details like formatting and guide the entire build.

There were 7–10 people working on it at any time. We had three developers, a few senior developers, who did occasional coding and peer review, an IT person, and a couple of project managers.

The results have been very satisfactory. Anecdotally, we’ve had really positive feedback. People are liking the aesthetic and design, and they’re finding it much easier to navigate the information about us and the resources that we provide.

Working with the PM was very easy. We communicated via phone, email and in person meetings. The team was great at communicating and implementing in a timely manner.

Initially, we had a few meetings with webby's team to discuss the form and flow of the website. Afterward, they sent an amazing mockup but, it needed a few minor tweaks, such as changing a few images. After that, we moved forward with the content and pages required. At every step of the project, they provided links so we could see what our site would look like. The team communicated every week until they completed the project.

We work with a team of about five, including two or three developers, a few designers, and a project manager.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Upon the launch of our new website, our conversion rate immediately increased. Also, our customers and associates had a lot of positive things to say about our newly launched website.

Overall, I would say workflow was effective between the teams. Sometimes, there would be things that were not done 100% to our liking, but we could easily email to have changes made. It's a pleasant experience working with them.

We hired them for developing a dynamic and database-driven website using PHP and MySQL.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to create a clean, clear, and concise website that demonstrates our company motto. Our main goal was to serve as a middleware between interpreters and employers.

How did you select this vendor?

We researched deeply and created a list of vendors. After looking at all the numbers, portfolios, teams, and overall appeal, we shortlisted some companies and interviewed them. Webby’s hospitality and technical knowledge ultimately influenced our choice.

Describe the project in detail.

I first spoke with a sales rep and described our needs for the site. After their quote, we had an in-person meeting to launch the project. They asked me questions about my business, needs, and vision for the website and then they returned with designs that I gave feedback on. Once the home page was approved and the overarching look of the site locked in, they started designing the remaining pages.

What was the team composition?

We initially worked with a sales rep, but mostly communicated directly with a project manager and a couple of designers & developers assigned to the project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website is running perfectly and we are satisfied with the generated outcomes. The recruiters and interpreters both enjoy our unique feature.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I was very pleased with the workflow. The project manager reached out to me on a regular basis and kept me updated on progress. Their team made the changes that I requested promptly and accurately

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team was diligent and intelligent—they were a joy to work with. Their knowledge is remarkable. I felt well taken care of throughout the project.

It’s hard to critique them, I was very satisfied with the whole process.

Webby Central started with several in-depth discussions to understand what we wanted. Since we wanted to improve the overall platform and have continuous upgrades, they suggested we move to a Magento 2 website. After they did the theme and custom work, we asked them to refurbish the entire catalog structure and make the navigation flow more dynamic.

We worked with a project manager, developer, UX designer, and IT personnel.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The quality of their work was beyond our expectations. The newly designed site has amazing UX/UI. It’s incredibly easy to navigate, so we’ve had an overwhelmingly positive response from our clients. We are confident that our site will give us good business. Unlike before, it now reflects all of our offerings and also matches current trends.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We were impressed with their thoughtful and disciplined process. Webby Central often provided weekly reports and thoroughly explained their answers. We communicated via email and phone, whichever was easiest. Not only were they highly responsive, but they also made themselves available during weekends for support or add-ons.
