After we reached out to Webby Central, We had a series of meetings to discuss the direction and vision of our company and website. They have a defined process they go through: first, they detailing their design process. after that, they developed a timeline and the scope of work.

Then they provide wireframes of the homepage and after that, they ultimately redesigned our website on WordPress. The best thing is that they also trained our staff on navigating the WordPress admin.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

After launching, Our site looks better and it's easier to navigate. The new site experienced a significant increase in traffic and received a lot of positive feedback from clients. Our home page better showcases all that we offer. They did a great job for us.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Our workflow was great. They set up a portal for our project, in which we were able to communicate, ask questions, voice concerns, and track the schedule online. Of course, we missed a few deadlines, but that was due to a few changes we made. Overall, It was really easy to communicate with them.

After We got in touch with Webby Central about working together, they assembled a proposal and a statement of work for what the deliverables would be. After that we discussed the ideas on the aesthetics and user experience.The next phase of the project included creating functional specs, home page and sub-page wire-frames, and design. We were put in touch with a project manager, and we set a schedule for development and feedback. In the end, they created a fairly functional WordPress site which helped us in bringing our ideas online and share it with the world.

We mostly worked with our assigned project manager, but we occasionally interacted with the senior developers for design advice.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The whole purpose of creating the website was to encourage people to join the discussion and contribute their feelings and thoughts about ending preventable patient deaths. The website is upto the mark all stakeholders, including patients, healthcare providers, employers, and private payers are very impressed with its design we get huge number of traffic. It establishes and builds our reputation, which is what we needed.

They were very professional and organized throughout the process, providing clear steps and expectations of what they needed from us. We communicated with them pretty much every week and they always detailed us on our every query. They were very flexible to our requests on changes and implementations. The workflow was transparent and smooth on both side. We had the opportunity to learn many technical things related to development from their team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I love their integrity. When they say they will do something, we trust that they will complete it quickly. They're personable and friendly! The best part is we got our project delivered before the timeline set.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, they delivered as they promised. There were small errors which we came across during the development phase but they fixed it quickly. There was a bit of a communication problem in the beginning but by the end of the project we were comfortable with them. Keeping these small happenings aside they were just spot on, they always proved that they are the best in their work. We are happy working with them. We would use them again and recommend them to all who are looking for web development.

I’m the business development manager for Atmosphere. We sell furniture and home-style accessories to homeowners.

We were looking to build a website that would help users select furniture items and accessories that are relevant and complementary to a specific environment. 

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to position ourselves as a professional consultancy service who can help users to transform their home. We also wanted to market our products effectively.

One of my friends referred Webby Central to me. We researched the company and then gave them a call. After understanding our requirements, Webby Central sent us a proposal along with clear, detailed documentation of the workflow that reflected their expertise. We were impressed and handed them the project happily.

After explaining what we wanted to the team, Webby Central came up with amazing design ideas that best suited our business. After brainstorming for a few hours, we finally chose a design.

A few days later, Webby Central sent us a draft of the site’s homepage for approval. We were blown away by their work overall, but we also suggested a few changes that their team made willingly. Once we signed off on the homepage, Webby Central started working on other pages like services, products, and other miscellaneous pages.

After that session, their team took all our requirements and made a beautiful design. Beyond that, the site is also user-friendly and responsive, standing out from the competition.
