This was a complex project that involved creating a cohesive look and feel for the brand, updating logos, designing and customizing website, and integrating a wide range of products (digital, physical, online learning, free resources, blog, calendar) and membership (subscriptions, discounts, member library, etc).

Prabs was efficient, and as timely as humanly possible. His response to our needs, whether big or small, was outstanding and fast. He was also incredibly patient with helping us understand his recommendations, as well as being able to listen to us and what we know about our customers. We always felt that our project was in great hands from start to finish.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Prabs offers a fantastic blend of expertise, down-to-earth personality, kindness and a keen eye for detail. Professional in every possible way, his friendly personality and great sense of humor made a sometimes stressful transition as good as it could be. The stress came only from our previous experience with other companies who did not deliver. Prabs proved over and over he is exceptional and to be trusted in all matters.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Slant Digital Pty Ltd could have done differently?

I cannot think of anything that Prabs and Slant Digital Pty Ltd could have done differently *except* to be sure that any marketing person they utilize actually be capable of doing the work. We had a terrible experience with Sarah Emms, presented to us as part of the Slant team. 

She cost us time, money and a bang up of our reputation when her strategy not only failed but she was nowhere to be found to fix the problems. We did the necessary repair work ourselves. Apparently Slant was unaware of how unprofessional and unskilled she was but we understand she talks a good game.
