For what projects/services did your company hire SGD, and what were your goals?
We wanted our online boutique to reflect the luxurious quality pieces we offer to our International customers. SGD helped us from the very beginning and were guiding us through the whole process. We are incredibly happy to choose SGD as our web developer as they were helpful and understood exactly our idea for the aesthetics of the website.

Started with meetings to understand what was the process in building a website, as this is our first experience in this field. Step by step we discussed each detail. They worked very quick and were patient when we needed to change something. The whole team was great and the communication effective and response prompt.

A project manager was our point for contact as well as designers and developers who worked behind sciences.

They will set up a timeframe for each step of the project, if there were any delays from our side to provide information, they will let us know in advance to prepare. If we had any questions, there will be a response within 24 hours. SGD used Asana which was great help and very organised!

We are still happy to be using SGD as they not only provided a excellent professional service with the building of our beautiful website, but also trained our team in using Wordpress in a way so we can manage our website easily.
