What challenge were you trying to address with 960 Design?

We engaged 960 Design to redesign our website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

960 Design designed our website and continues to maintain and host it, making any changes as needed. 

What is the team composition? 

I work directly with Miguel (Creative Director, 960 Design).

How did you come to work with 960 Design?

Our previous developer recommended them, and I have not regretted our decision to work with them at all. 

How much have you invested with them?

We've invested less than $10,000 in total.

What is the status of this engagement?

We've been working with them since 2014 and they continue to work with us on a monthly retainer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I'm very happy with the design work 960 Design has done for us. I can always count on Miguel to proactively work through any requests I send his way. 

How did 960 Design perform from a project management standpoint? 

Miguel is very collaborative and communicative. He's a great leader and is always open to constructive feedback or new ideas. He's also made himself available outside of business hours as needed. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They're honest, genuine, and very professional.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, but I hope Miguel learns to fully charge for all the work that he does because he definitely goes the extra mile for clients.
