Yes, they work very quickly as long as they're provided with good feedback. While we were not technical people they brought us up to speed on their project management/Agile system so we had full transparency. Every product is going to have hiccups, but whenever an issue arose they were very responsive and collaborative and worked hard to correct things as soon as possible. None that come to mind - there were occasional issues, as there are with any project, but they were proactive wherever possible, very good at communicating solutions and timelines, and worked hard to make needed fixes.
