Aldi Employee Recruitment Campaign
Staffing over 2,000 grocery stores isn't easy. Aldi turned to Purplegator to drive more qualified applicants to its job fair events for new store openings. To reach this goal, we created 53 new recruitment landing pages using our mobile acquire technology. We then created mobile display and Facebook advertising that was geo-targeted to each city market with a new store opening. Our advertising strategy produced a 7.1% click through rate as job fair attendance grew by 97%.

Truck Driver Recruitment
We worked with G&P Trucking to recruit passive job seekers through digital advertising. Before working with Purplegator, G&P used traditional media outlets for much of their recruitment. Many candidates they reached through these outlets were unqualified. So, we worked with G&P to create targeted mobile web, desktop web, mobile in-app, and social media ads. The ads used geo-targeting and targeted specific job titles, relevant experience, interests, industries, and demographics. The landing pages for these ads clearly stated that candidates needed a CDL-A license to be considered. In just the first two months of the campaign, Purplegator delivered 201 qualified applicants for G&P to consider. Truck driver recruitment is one of our primary vertical markets here at Purplegator and we have proven results.

Haunted House Marketing
Here at Purplegator, we've worked with a variety of haunted houses that needed to boost their marketing during the spooky season. We are especially proud of our results with Deadland Scream Park. We used our mobile-first marketing strategy to reach their target audience, people 13-35 years old. Using third party data, we created a geofencing campaign that targeted individuals at neighboring schools, universitites, and competitor locations. Over the course of our campaign, Deadland saw a 28% increase in visitors. That equates to 2,500 visitors and $85,000 more revenue dollars.

Workforce Development Marketing
Purplegator is experienced in the marketing of government programs. We are especially proud of our experience in workforce development. We worked with the Niagara County Workforce Devleopment Board to target young adults aged 16-24 who weren't working and deliver them workforce development ads. Our multi-platform advertising solution ran on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and other mobile apps. Not only did we target unemployed young adults, but we also targeted their parents. We delivered 7.8 million ad impressions across six platforms. In addition, the workforce board's website traffic grew from 304 visits in March 2020 to 6,024 visits in June 2020.

Nurse Recruitment
Baylor Scott & White Health is one of the largest nonprofit health systems in Texas. With such a largde footprint, BSW had a growing need for nurses and other healthcare professionals. BSW was dissatisfied with the results they were getting on traditional job boards. They turned to Purplegator to revamp their recruitment strategy. To attract the right candidates, we designed a variety of social and mobile ads that targeted specific job titles, relevant experience, interests, industries, and demographics. We were able to reach both active and passive job seekers. Over the course of our campaign, 21% of BSW's new hires came directly from our advertisements.

Retail Text Message Marketing
Citi Trends came to us to increase their SMS marketing subscriber base. The national retailer had successfully monetized their text message marketing campaigns in the past, but they were stuggling to grow their opt-in database. To build subscribers, we created a Spin to Win game for Citi Trends--a unique slot machine game that could be played on a mobile phone. To get a spin, customers had to opt-in to Citi Trends' text message marketing database. We placed advertisements with the slot machine design on Facebook and its in-app network, specifically targeting 18 to 34-year-old females who lived within 3 miles of a Citi Trends store. 179,096 new people opted in to Citi Trends' text message marketing over the course of the campaign. The company also gained 54,973 Facebook followers.

Real Estate Marketing
We worked with the Toll Apartment Group to market their Philadelphia-area properties with low occupancy rates. First, we created adaptive design websites for seven Toll properties. These websites included a video created in-house that featured the major selling points of each property and the surrounding area. We also built a mobile advertising campaign on Facebook and our other networks. Using geo-targeting, we delivered ads who had similar demographics to the property's typical renters. In less than two months, all of the apartments had 100% occupancy rates. Page views for the apartment websites also increased to 57%.
