We have grown our network to 4000 athletes, hosted 25 events, established key brand partnerships in just one year. Our marketing and digital presence has built our brand up to organizations and athletes constantly reaching out to us to work with us - universities, fitness studios, CPG brands, athletes in NYC and in other cities, professional sports teams and leagues. We have been able to prove our model, grow the model, and now in a good position to scale.

Their strategies have driven traffic to our website and increased our New Patient Inquiries.  Firon has helped us advertise with Facebook and Google using custom strategies and placement.  They also help us keep our Website updated and user friendly.  Firon Marketing is easy to work with and always respond quickly to questions.  Brendan has been our key contact.  He is talented, passionate, and responsive.

Bimonthly meetings were scheduled and completed.  Brendan and his team were responsive to our questions, changes or ideas.  They also provided us detailed reports on progress with advertising and google searches.  Their team provided creative ideas when we needed to change marketing strategies.

The most impressive part of working with Firon Marketing is their follow-up and response time.  Our pre meeting emails included reports and details about the project.  The meetings were to the point which was very helpful to our patinet schedules. The follow up from the meeting included an email that listed detailed action plans with due dates.  Brendan kept his team accountable for their responsibilities and sent great reminders on our responsibilities.

At this time I don't have specific improvements.  If there has been a request to improve something they do it right away.
