What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’re monitoring 18 search terms, and since we started working with LawRank, the total increase in Google rankings is 514. Looking at my dashboard, we’ve seen a 100% increase in pages per session, average session duration, and percentage of new sessions.
When we first started working with them in September 2019, there were a total of eight sessions. For June of this year, it’s at 57.
How did LawRank perform from a project management standpoint?
I know there are other team members that work on our stuff, but I don’t have to reach out to them; I have my contacts and know it’s taken care of. They have a dashboard that I can go into at any time and see anything and everything. They’re very transparent in that way, and I didn’t find that with any of the other website companies we interviewed.
What did you find most impressive about them?
When we were interviewing a handful of agencies, Maria was able to answer all of our questions. She wasn’t just doing sales; she actually understood what was going on on the backend, too. A lot of the companies we talked to just connected us with the salesperson, and they couldn’t actually tell us what was going on.
I also like them as people. I was looking for somebody to have a long-term relationship with; eventually, I want them to redo my website and increase their services.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, not really. I’m glad I waited to make the jump until I understood what I needed and was able to ask the right questions, because then I got the right answers, and it was easy to tell who could answer and who could not.
Any advice for potential customers?
If you have any questions about anything, I’d recommend just asking them; they’re really willing to explain everything. The transparency is what I really like about them.
