I am the Marketing Manager for Pneumatic Vacuum Elevators. I oversee our digital marketing team and strategy worldwide. We manufacture a state-of-the-art, Air-Driven Home Elevator. We service 90+ countries globally.

We are looking to compete in SEO for Top Keywords in our industry. We needed a company to assist with Backlink acquisition. Stellar SEO provided a very professional and quality service. We started slow with them and as we began to see positive results, invested more in their services. Big fans of their dashboard. They deliver very quickly and consistently.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We researched and interviewed several companies. We were fans of their dashboard and selection options. We started slow, ordering 1 per week and noticed each link was delivered in a timely manner. We then increased our order volume and have been using their services for 1+ years.

We are competing for SEO rankings for target keywords: "Home Elevators" + "Residential Elevators". We began the first half of the year with Stellar SEO ordering 1 backlink per week. So 4 per month. The deliverables and links were all quality. After 6 months, management decided to increase our monthly order volume to 10 backlinks. For the past 5 months, wit this increase in order, we have seen a big improvement in our organic rankings. We will continue this strategy in 2023. We may expand to purchase backlinks for other pages in the future.

We work with an account manager. But the online portal/dashboard is very easy to use. Whenever we have an issue or question, their team responds in a timely manner. I like the independence the dashboard offers us. No sales reps trying to push more orders or upsell. Complete freedom which motives use to order monthly with the company.

Our organic rankings for our target keywords have increased, particularly since the 3rd quarter 2022. It was a slow build, but this was our original strategy. Increasing the backlink orders to 10+ per month has been a huge help for our organic growth. The backlinks are quality as sources like SEMRUSH even locate the links. All backlinks are still LIVE and active. This means they are on quality pages.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I am the only one that works directly with Stellar SEO. Again, the freedom and independence is what I value most. I only interact if I have an issues or concerns. Their team gets back to me quickly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The quality and consistency of the links. They delivery these each and every time. Their delivery is also very fast. I was not anticipating such a quick turn around. Also, sometimes you order a DA 30+ but get a backlink with a higher DA (40+, 50+, etc.) So you get more than what you ordered at times which is very impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only note is something I have brought up to their team. They request us to put the target keyword when placing the order. Not all backlinks use the keyword we requested. They are "similar" so I ultimately do not have an issue with this. Sometimes the keyword associated on the backlink is off or not correct with what we are seeking. I notify their team of this to improve future backlink acquisition. I guess the only area of improvement is to consistently target the keywords we requested.

I am the Marketing Director for an online education company. I deal with all of our site building, SEO, marketing, and e-commerce.

In practice, the services provided by Stellar went above and beyond. They provided SEO tips and tricks, valuable industry insight, and continued support whenever an issue arose.

Along with other strategies, we have seen a consistent increase in traffic, revenue, and Domain Authority. Since starting working with Stellar, our DA has increased by 20 points or more. The strategy, execution, and outcome were exactly what we were looking for.

Stellar is always a step ahead on communication. They promptly reach out ahead of project milestones and continuously check in throughout the project. If an issue arose, they were dealing with it immediately and efficiently. They allowed plenty of time to discuss all topics in the meetings and had great availability.

The wealth of knowledge in the CEO is part of what makes this company so great. He is happy to offer advice on various topics and doesn't spend much time on speculation. Straightforward and efficient.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We hired them for a very specific task and they executed it perfectly. If I had to come up with an improvement, perhaps a wider variety of services offered.

Communication was very clear. We knew exactly what was happening at each stage of the project. Timeliness was excellent.

The CEO Travis is very knowledgeable on SEO as well as being very straightforward and honest, which is not always the case in the SEO world. Stellar SEO always delivered what they promised on time.

I don't think so - we were very happy with them.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

Visio Lending provides long-term financing for residential properties, whether it be vacation rentals, like Airbnb or Vrbo, or long-term rentals involving landlords and tenants. We also finance apartment complexes of up to eight units. I run the marketing department of the company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Stellar SEO?

We spend a lot of time on our website content, but we weren’t building organic links at the pace that we wanted. We turned to Stellar SEO for help.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Stellar SEO provides link-building services for our company. We started the engagement with a kick-off call where they asked us a bunch of questions and had us answer a questionnaire. 

How did you come to work with Stellar SEO?

We searched for service providers and interviewed around 5–6 companies. Stellar SEO really stood out because of their processes, knowledgeability, and transparency.

Each yearly contract has been around $50,000, so we’ve spent $150,000 in total.  

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them three years ago, around March 2019. We have four more months on our current contract, and we intend to renew it after that.

When we started working with Stellar SEO, our domain rating was in the high twenties. Now, it’s at 48. That number is a great way to demonstrate their success as a provider. 

How did Stellar SEO perform from a project management standpoint?

Stellar SEO has a great onboarding process, and they’re very responsive. They always take the time to thoughtfully explain everything they’re working on. We’re always informed. 

We normally communicate via email, but they make reports through Google Analytics. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Stellar SEO is a no-nonsense company. They’re very direct and transparent. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

We plan each contract a year in advance, and I think they can work on flexibility in terms of that. Sometimes, midway through the year, I create new web pages that I need backlinks for, which requires some adjustments to our agreements. I would rather start with something that’s not fully planned out.

Stellar SEO is extremely transparent, so if you have questions, they will absolutely take the time to answer those. Open communication is key, and you can trust that whatever they do will work.

We initially hired Stellar SEO for help with starting up a link building campaign. The goal was to build our off-page SEO efforts and increase our domain authority. However, after encountering trouble after the December 2021 Google core update, we needed help strategizing on content to recover lost keywords.

We were introduced to new SEO tools and provided with instruction on how to use them. We were also guided through the process of discovering why we had begun to struggle, learning what we could do about it, and implementing the needed changes.

Our main contact was Travis (CEO), who has taken on a holistic sort of approach to helping us in all areas needed. Additional staff members have helped with generating keyword and content ideas.

Both the link building and keyword planning/content building help have been very helpful to our company. Our domain authority score has steadily climbed since beginning the link building campaign with Stellar. Additionally, as already stated, within just 2 months of working with Stellar on on-page content, we've managed to set a monthly record for revenue resulting from organic traffic.

Communication has been prompt, direct, and always helpful. Whenever we have needed anything or had any questions, Travis and his team have been there to help us. We've communicated via email, Zoom, and Google Docs.

Many things have impressed us. The overall knowledge this company has in such a wide range of areas is nothing short of amazing. Though I've been in SEO for 12 years, they have still managed to teach me many things. Their keen attention to detail, prompt delivery of all needed services and materials, efficient communication, and professionalism have been second to none.

There's honestly nothing I can think of that would need any degree of improvement.
