Key deliverables included website and ad content creation and optimization, an approval portal for reviewing and making changes, lead and website traffic tracking, monthly dashboard reviews, and ongoing recommendations and adjustments from our account manager, Dave, to keep our marketing aligned with current trends and business goals.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since partnering with HIBU, Jacob’s Ladder Construction has seen a measurable increase in leads, generating 739 leads year to date compared to 650 during the same period last year, an increase of nearly 14%. That is an increase of 89 leads, with no noticeable slowdown in lead volume. We have also gained better visibility into where our leads are coming from and how visitors interact with our website, allowing us to better track the performance of our marketing efforts.

One of the things we appreciate most about working with HIBU is the flexibility they give us when it comes to our website. We can make changes ourselves when we want to or submit comments and requests for their team to handle. That flexibility allows us to still feel in control of our content while having a professional team available to make updates when needed. The approval portal also makes it easy to review and tweak the website and advertising content they create for us, whether we want to swap out a photo or adjust the wording. Dave has been great about making sure our needs are understood and helping us get the most out of the services HIBU provides.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Hibu could have done differently?

One area where HIBU could improve would be making it easier to add multiple photos or videos when submitting website comments or change requests. Being able to upload several files at once and clearly associate them with a specific requested change would make the process more efficient, especially when providing content for multiple website updates.

Our results depend on the market, but we've always been able to adjust as needed in terms of areas, keywords, and budget. Hibu's work is very customized to meet our business needs. The customer dashboard gives us access to real-time data. The reporting options allow us to compare our leads, areas, and locations on 30-, 60-, and 90-day comparisons. This option allows us to monitor closely and pick up on any slowdowns quickly.
We swapped companies and went with a smaller company that rebuilt our website and created new campaigns. Our leads dried up over a few months. After eight months, we returned to Hibu, and our leads have consistently increased every month since then. Keeping our content fresh and updated helps increase our traffic.

Hibu delivers on time. We've had struggles with our Google Business page becoming unverified, and Hibu's management has stepped in and worked directly with Google on our behalf. That feels like a call above and beyond the duty for me. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

Kathy is top-tier and has been involved every step of the way since we started doing business with Hibu. She's great at staying in contact, checking our numbers, and having quarterly review meetings to discuss the details.

We’re still early, but I already feel much better about how City & Suburban looks online and how we’re positioned moving forward. Although we're still early in the campaign, we've already received at least two promising customer inquiries through the new marketing. We've also launched a completely updated website, started targeting five important local search terms, strengthened our online reviews and social media presence, and now have tracking in place so we can actually see the calls and opportunities our marketing is generating. The biggest measurable improvement so far is that we now have a complete online presence working together instead of relying primarily on referrals and word of mouth.

Having Joe as our main point of contact has probably been the biggest benefit. Hibu helped us launch and establish the digital presence for Call Orthodontics, a new orthodontic practice in Washington, Utah. The scope of the project included designing and building our website, search engine optimization (SEO), online review management, lead tracking and follow-up, and ongoing digital marketing support. A major deliverable was a professionally designed, SEO-optimized website built to help prospective patients find Call Orthodontics through local search and easily connect with our office. Hibu also provides ongoing website management and has been very responsive when we request changes or updates. In addition, Hibu has helped manage our local SEO strategy, online reputation and reviews, and systems for tracking and following up with prospective patient leads. Mike, our Hibu representative, has worked closely with us throughout the process to coordinate these services, answer questions, and help us evaluate our marketing efforts as the practice grows.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since Call Orthodontics is a new practice, we are still early in the process of collecting long-term performance data, but we have already seen very encouraging results. Our website has quickly gained strong visibility in local Google searches for orthodontic services in Washington and the greater St. George, Utah area, which was one of our primary goals. We are also seeing prospective patients find and contact our practice through our online presence, and Hibu's lead tracking allows us to see where those opportunities are coming from and follow up appropriately. Our online reviews and overall digital presence have also grown quickly since opening. For a brand-new practice starting with essentially no established online presence, the early SEO performance, website visibility, lead generation, and growth in online reviews have all been very positive indicators that the project is working.

The one area we would have liked to see improved was the initial aesthetic design of the website. That said, Hibu has been very responsive to our feedback. They have made changes quickly and worked with us to personalize the website to better reflect our brand and aesthetic preferences. We are very happy with where the website is now, so while the initial design process could have been more aligned with our vision from the beginning, their willingness and ability to adapt has been a definite strength.
