We have very clear guidelines on what we’re willing to spend on a customer through paid search. When we hired Pear Analytics, it was really out of control. They’ve not only reined it in but taken immediate action if anything spikes. For instance, only one of the United States campaigns has ever gone over our guidelines. When that happened, the team pulled it back almost instantly.
They consistently keep the cost of our campaigns over our price ceiling. In addition to their paid search work, early indications are looking positive on the SEO front.
If a campaign is performing very well, sometimes they’ll suggest pulling funds from other efforts to leverage that success. Regardless, they always let me know where we stand through thorough reporting.
How did Pear Analytics perform from a project management standpoint?
My account manager is fantastic at keeping everything running in a stable, orderly fashion. I’ve been very impressed with her professionalism and how she services our account. Communicating through phone and email, they’ve been great at meeting deadlines and following our requirements as a unit.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The biggest indicator of our satisfaction is with their services is our choice to give them more business, putting them in charge of our SEO efforts. They have a deep knowledge of digital marketing that they’re sharing with us to help restructure our process. They’re here to help us, never doing any tricks or shortcuts in their work.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We had a small rocky period about a year and a half ago. At that time, there was some employee turnover that caused minor issues. Since then, our relationship has been perfectly stable, which is very important to us. In a world where turnover is increasing, the fact that I’ve had the same account manager since that time is very impressive.
