We were one of the first companies to launch the CRM and we already had an operations system which we needed to integrate using Zapier.  There were some growing pains, due to the complexity of our project which were to be expected and the fact that is was new for the team also.  What was impressive was the dedication of the team to resolve issues and correct them going forward.

After a series of discovery meetings, we embarked on the project and started with a brand new logo to kickstart our new web presence. Once we had the new logo and the new photos of our employees, we began the work on the website.

This was a very interactive process until the end. Even after the launch, we still touch base and tweak what is necessary in order to maximize our lead generation. They are also meeting with me once per month to go over the results and discuss and changes necessary to carry on with reaching our goals.

We had an existing website but the company that we previously hired constantly committed errors when it came to updating our products and services on the platform. We needed a website that could explain the complicated nature of our business, and we hired Mediaforce to help us manage it.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Mediaforce took over the management of our site from a previous vendor, fixing a few problems with it in the process. They ironed out some glitches and set up the new website on WordPress. 

The main thing that they had to organize was the gallery; we have hundreds of photos spanning our different product lines, and these change on a weekly basis. Mediaforce made sure to properly arrange and sort our products as well as key in the right product descriptions and prices. We now rely on their team to update that content as frequently as needed.

I only work with two people: Joe (Founder & CEO) and Harinder (Led Web Developer).

I’ve paid $450 CAD (approximately $350 USD). They’ve only billed me once for this ongoing service, and it’s less than half of what anybody else has charged us in the past.

I mostly look into how properly and quickly they can update our website’s content, and they’ve done quite well in this regard. Our visitors can now count on new products being up on the website every Monday, on the dot.

I’m impressed at how they were able to figure out the underlying issues of our website when we first started the project. They did their research, went into great detail about why glitches were occurring, and provided a complete breakdown of how they were going to fix it.

The overall design was also very out of date and legacy work from previous leadership. We asked for a proposal to redesign the entire look and feel of the site, and also to get quotes for SEO marketing and analytics.

I initially worked with the CEO directly to describe our requirements. He was able to get a web developer to do our urgent updates right away. I then was put in touch with a project manager to go over the longer-term redesign aspects of the project.

We don't have analytics set up on our site as of yet, but the immediate fixes we needed were done quickly and correctly.
