We had two main focuses/topics of high value to the business. At the end of the campaign, they rose to the bottom of the first/top of the second page which was amazing. Domain Authority for linking domains was around a 40 and could increase. Got more links then they estimated.

Super responsive with questions. Had calls as much as we needed with basically weekly check-ins. Everything was super organized to track links, timelines, rankings and expectations.

Super proactive and cares about us. Bob found some instances of other websites taking our content (from our blog) and spinning it on their websites. That wasn't part of what they were going to do for us- but it was actionable intel I could take to our compliance team. The way they go about link building is top-class and adds real value to the internet. I receive daily emails from companies about building links and it is spammy and low quality. P1P process is white hat, adds value to the internet/users, and to our company. They're the best link-building company I've worked with.

They also contribute to our blog by writing short form and long form articles, which they use to build links to as well. We have a set amount of links that we try to achieve in a given timeframe, and they are usually overachieving that number.

I have one main point of contact, but I meet with 3 people from their team who are always great at providing feedback.

I own two companies. One is a six-person trademark law firm and the other is a fledgling online legal services company in the trademark field.

For what projects/services did your company hire Page One Power, and what were your goals?
I wanted to increase the organic traffic for the law firm and reduce its dependency on paid search advertising. I also wanted to build an organic search presence from scratch for the legal services company, which is in a much narrower niche.

I looked around online and found a blog post from a marketing company that went over case studies of engagements with different link building firms, and their results with Page One Power seemed to be the best.

P1P wrote six blog posts for each of my websites so that they could build 25 links for each website, all from their own guest blogging on websites of varying authority.

I worked directly with a project manager and there was a second person in the meetings as well. They've used several content writers for the blog posts.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
No real noticeable change for the law firm website yet, but it's hard to tell, and it might take some time to see. The legal services firm is definitely on the map now though, and is ranking #3-6 in Google results for a bunch of my most important target keywords.

We communicated by email and had a Zoom check-in every two weeks. I had access to a shared Google Sheet for each of the two projects with updated keyword rankings, links built, blog posts, etc.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They're the only link building firm I've worked with so I don't know. The links they got were from websites with varied, but very good Moz domain authorities. Generally in the 30s through 60s.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I wish they had put a little more effort into making their guest blog posts for my two websites fit better with the other blog posts. They stick out like a sore thumb because they have cheap and generic looking stock photos and the content is very basic and SEO-ish.
It's just kind of awkward for somebody to come on my blog and see these posts that don't look anything like my normal posts, which are all written by me and have my hand-drawn illustrations, or screenshots of my clients' websites.
I'm also just kind of surprised that my law firm's domain scores on Moz and Ahrefs pretty much stayed the same despite getting 25 links from high-domain-authority websites. It makes me wonder if their strategy is ideal. But the newer legal services website's domain authority certainly went up a lot.
