SEO & Content Marketing For Riverwalk Ranch
Riverwalk Ranch first came to us with high-authority and high-quality links to its site, but because its page content was poorly optimized, the company wasn’t receiving the full benefit of these links. We worked together to create a strategy that would improve the company’s net new leads each quarter from organic search traffic.
Because of Riverwalk Ranch’s high authority, we knew that there were plenty of terms the business could potentially rank for. With this in mind, we focused on terms that could bring the most revenue in for Riverwalk. We also saw that Riverwalk was in need of a stronger keyword and content strategy, so we mapped all of the site’s URLs to better keywords and optimized the brand’s content strategy to rank for lead-driving terms.
After implementing a new keyword strategy, we were able to increase Riverwalk Ranch’s impressions by 70x by ranking for thousands of new terms. This resulted in a 13x increase in clicks from search. Due to the fact that we created better content, their bounce rate decreased by 70%.

PPC For Nationwide Rehab Center
Spencer Recovery Centers wanted to see better PPC results while generating more inbound leads from paid search. Before working with us, Spencer Recovery’s PPC campaigns needed work. The campaigns were poorly structured, used broad keywords and were directing paid traffic to an outdated website, which was not conducive to conversions. There were issues with Spencer Recovery’s ad copy and landing pages as well.
We worked with Spencer Recovery Centers to change the brand’s media approach. By creating new landing pages and implementing single keyword ad groups, we were able to match Spencer Recovery’s messaging with user intent and deliver a better experience while highlighting the business’ unique selling proposition.
After working on Spencer Recovery Centers’ PPC campaign, the business saw a better ROI, more conversions and decreased cost per click. The improved landing pages and account structure resulted in 13x more conversions, and cost per click was brought down 75%. This brought more revenue to the business while saving costs.

SMPLSTC Redesign & SEO
Before our website redesign and our SEO strategy, SMPLSTC’s site was difficult to maneuver. The old site did not provide an intuitive shopping experience; it was difficult to find products and required a lot of scrolling. SMPLSTC wasn’t ranking well on SERPs either. The eCommerce site was struggling with authority, and it wasn’t even ranking for its own branded name. Both of these challenges presented huge problems for the online-based store. The website was generating $0 in sales.
We decided to redesign SMPLSTC’s website and revamp the eCommerce site’s SEO strategy. Our web designer designed the site so all the products could be easily found, added optimized CTAs and built an easier Add to Cart and Check Out experience. The new website is built for conversions, a better UX/UI and an easier interface. To improve SMPLSTC’s SEO, our SEO specialists focused on making the company rank first in organic searches for its branded content, they researched high-intent keywords the shop could rank for and then they worked with the company to diversify product offerings and promote product expansion.
After our website redesign and our SEO work, SMPLSTC saw significant results in its online ranking and conversion rank. In six months, the website’s total clicks increased by 211% and its conversion rate increased by 156%. SMPLSTC’s total clicks and impressions both improved dramatically as well.

SEO & PPC For VE Homes
Vintage Estate Homes is a new home builder that specializes in creating luxurious, fully-customizable dream homes throughout Florida and Texas. The company is known for its combination of using traditional, high-quality craftsmanship with contemporary floorplans and top-of-the-line technology. Vintage Estate Homes has over 70 years of experience, has amassed over 650 awards and has helped over 32,000 happy clients.
When Vintage Estate Homes came to us for an SEO consultation, we knew that we would need to create a keyword strategy for them, as well as a content strategy. We worked with them to build these strategies, and we also created over 20 webpages, which significantly helped VE Homes’ site with its on-page optimization. After working with the company for three months, we were able to lay down a strong foundational strategy for VE Homes’ internal marketing department to implement.
As a result of our new keyword and content strategy and webpage optimization, Vintage Estate Homes saw a notable increase in web engagement; we were able to double the company’s clicks and impressions within three months.

Wave Plastic Surgery Redesign & SEO
When we first brought on Wave Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Laser Center as a client, one of the first needs we wanted to address was the practice’s website. We thought that a business that focuses on aesthetics should have a website that fits that sentiment. Redesigning Wave’s website also allowed us to address its on-page SEO, which, when combined with other optimization efforts, could help us give the practice a much-needed boost in rankings.

SEO, PPC & Web Dev for Welding Company
“They essentially did what they said they would, which was to bring us more business and money.”

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of Smith Welding & Fabrication. We do a lot of commercial and residential work, often centered around fencing, gates, and other security measures regarding welding.
What challenge were you trying to address with Webserv?
We wanted to increase our online presence and bring in more business through our website. It’s not very common for a welding shop to have a web presence, but Webserv did great to help us grow on that front.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Webserv optimized how we would appear on Google, narrowing down our list of keywords as well as streamlining our Google Ads account to get more clients. They also set up a website and created a landing page for us.
What is the team composition?
I worked with Preston (CMO), Nick (Director of Content Development), and Ara (Director of Web Design).
How did you come to work with Webserv?
It was through a referral from a personal connection. My colleague said that Webserv did a great job on the marketing for his company, and the investment was so good that I was compelled to work with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent less than $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked with them between November 2019–April 2020. The bulk of the work is done, but there are still a few smaller ongoing projects around optimizing our web presence.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They essentially did what they said they would, which was to bring us more business and money. The return on the clientele that we got was at least quadruple what we originally invested.
How did Webserv perform from a project management standpoint?
Webserv was very hands-on. Besides email and the odd phone call, they held weekly Google Video calls with me personally to explain what they’re doing, how things are working, and more.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I haven’t worked with too many marketing companies, but, in my past experience, the results have been varied. That’s why I was so impressed with Webserv. They did what they said they would and got quadruple what we invested, which is what they projected in the first place.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I was more than 100% happy with their service.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Webserv is very user-friendly. I’m a contractor who doesn’t know much about marketing, so I appreciate that they handled everything for me. They even taught me what I need to do, now.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of a window cleaning business.
What challenge were you trying to address with Webserv?
They helped us with our marketing strategy by building a website and taking over SEO.
What was the scope of their involvement?
I let them take the lead on the project. They created a presentation to walk us through what they were going to do to help our marketing strategy. They designed and developed a WordPress website from scratch. They did everything we needed for our site and even created a new logo.
Now they’re focused on improving our SEO. They use Google Ads and research keywords to help us rank. Recently, they started working on building backlinks to our site. Finally, they track leads to measure our conversion rates.
What is the team composition?
I worked with Preston (Chief Marketing Officer), Kyle (CEO), Ara (Director of Web Design), and Nick (Director of Content Development).
How did you come to work with Webserv?
We were friends before the project. I knew they had a really good setup, so I reached out to them for help.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in October 2020 and the project is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Webserv has exceeded my expectations. Because of their work, I’m getting more clicks on my website and am receiving more calls.
How did Webserv perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re very personable and honest. We communicated over email or the phone. I prefer to discuss the project on the phone, but we often use email so we have records of what we discussed. We meet up once a week.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They follow through on what they say they will do and often exceed their goals. They do a really good job.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Nothing stands out. They know what they’re doing.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I would definitely recommend them.

Web Dev & SEO for Automotive Repair Business
"My clients love the new site, and so do I."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the manager of Grand Autoworks. We’re an automotive repair business.
What challenge were you trying to address with Webserv?
We needed a website built, along with SEO and local advertising support.
What was the scope of their involvement?
I really wanted the website to look very professional. To accomplish that, Webserv added a lot of nice photos, as well as content created by either myself or a strategist. We also needed informational specialty pages for each of the different services that we offer. The team built the new site from scratch using WP Engine.
Webserv also performed some keyword research for us. They added our business to local listings along with optimizing the site for SEO.
What is the team composition?
I worked directly with Ara (Director of Web Design), who built the site. I also worked with Preston (CMO) and Kyle (CEO), who pitched the design scope to me.
How did you come to work with Webserv?
I was referred to them by a client who said they did excellent work. I talked to quite a few other web developers first, but I didn’t like the templatized products they were offering. Webserv showed me examples of what they could do and how their services would benefit my business, and it was significantly better than the other places I’d been looking at.
How much have you invested with them?
We invested about $5,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from September–October 2020. We’ve talked briefly about potentially doing more advertising, but that would be in the future.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
My clients love the new site, and so do I. Webserv did a great job — they gave me exactly what I asked for, and they did other things and made suggestions I wouldn’t have thought of.
The site is easy to navigate, and visually pleasing, and it’s driving a lot of new business. We’re actually getting calls from the website, and I can see through my portal how many people are visiting the site and how long their spending on it. It’s a significantly longer amount of time than it used to be, and we’re converting a lot more calls and map searches.
How did Webserv perform from a project management standpoint?
I requested email communication, and they were very accommodating.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I’m most impressed with the time frame. I looked at quite a few other web developers, and I was getting quotes for two to three months. Webserv had the site up and running within a month, and they had the advertising portion done within the next few weeks.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Nothing comes to mind for me. I’ve been referring my own clients to Webserv.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
The value Webserv brings in the quality of their work speaks for itself.

SEO Services for CBD Wholesaler
“Window To Recovery has done an outstanding job of quickly getting us to where we wanted to rank.”

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CFO of Smplstc. We’re a CBD wholesaler that sells products to multiple industries.
What challenge were you trying to address with Window To Recovery?
Because we’re not tech-savvy, we desperately needed help with standing apart from our competitors. Our team wanted to improve our platform and Google ranking. We wanted our website to present our product and company as well as establish sales with consumers and wholesalers.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Window To Recovery handles SEO efforts for our website. Their team created a lot of new content and made our platform user-friendly. They provided link generation and articles to help us gain traction in a really competitive market. The next step is PPC services.
What is the team composition?
There are two people assigned to our account, and we have one main point of contact. We even get to speak to the owners once a month — they’re very involved. It seems like their entire team and company care about us.
How did you come to work with Window To Recovery?
They were referred to us by a company that said Window to Recovery was the best SEO team around. We decided to give them a shot, and they haven’t let us down.
How much have you invested with them?
We invest around $5,000 a month.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our partnership began in October 2019 and is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Over the scope of six months, our platform has gained more and more traction. Starting with almost nothing, our traffic has increased by 500%. Within a three-month period, we’ve gone from a Google ranking of one or two to a 21.
From my understanding, SEO results are a long-term process. Our platform has a better standing amongst competitors now. Window To Recovery has done an outstanding job of quickly getting us to where we wanted to rank.
We love the results we’ve gotten from them. They’ve made us relevant. Their team took the time to listen and learn about our products and their details. They then relayed all those details and specifications onto our website via content creation.
How did Window To Recovery perform from a project management standpoint?
They go above and beyond. Their team is great at communicating anything they feel is beneficial to our success. Weekly reports detail our highest-ranking keywords and how our traffic converts to sales and wholesale accounts. Window To Recovery has dedicated a lot of their time to us. I’m very surprised with the results and happy with their SEO efforts.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their time, effort, and commitment to us have been very impressive. They definitely over-delivered because they didn’t make too many promises up front, and then far exceeded our expectations. As far as timelines and realistic expectations go, they’ve completely blown those out of the water.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, my partners and I are completely happy.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I highly recommend using Window To Recovery for their SEO services. They offer other services that we haven’t gotten to yet, so we plan on expanding our relationship with them.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the Director of Operations and Co-owner of a drug and alcohol treatment center. We provide outpatient services, partial hospitalizations, as well as sober living.
What challenge were you trying to address with Window To Recovery?
Our website was pretty bad and we weren’t getting any leads online. So, our overall goal was to increase admittance by growing our presence on the internet.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They built our website based on our specifications and implemented SEO best practices. We went through several iterations and they went back to the drawing board after we asked them to make changes. They provided an all-inclusive service. They even came and took pictures so things would look the way we wanted. They also created content for SEO.
What is the team composition?
Preston (COO, Window To Recovery) is my main point of contact.
How did you come to work with Window To Recovery?
A friend of mine worked with them and set us up.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent about $24,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in July 2019 and the project is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They did a phenomenal job. The layout isn’t cookie-cutter like a lot of other treatment centers. They built up our rankings and gave us useful tips. I really thought we should do PPC ads, but they advised that we would be better off focusing on organic search. SEO takes a few months to have an impact, but we’ve definitely made enough to pay for their services through the rest of the year.
How did Window To Recovery perform from a project management standpoint?
They provided fantastic service—they were accommodating, outgoing, personable, and are overall great people. We contact them through phone calls. I have a pretty good relationship and can get in touch with the content writer, SEO specialist, or any other staff member if I need to.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I can call Preston at any time of day and he’ll talk to me.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, not at all.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Give it a shot. SEO takes a while, but they’re your best option.

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the director of utilization at Spencer Recovery Centers, a substance abuse and mental health treatment company with facilities across the United States.
What challenge were you trying to address with Window to Recovery?
We are in a very competitive industry and wanted to stay on the cutting edge and get as many people into treatment as possible.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Window to Recovery designed our website and provided advertising and marketing services. Their team has developed multiple websites for us from scratch, adding new content including weekly articles and blogs. They also provide video and photo content, taking drone photographs for the website.
The Window to Recovery team is responsible for SEO and PPC advertising for us. They ensured our website was optimized and performed keyword research. The team creates an individual ad for each keyword.
What is the team composition?
My main point of contact is Preston (COO, Window to Recovery), but I also work with Nate (Director of PPC, Window to Recovery) and Ara (Design Manager, Window to Recovery).
How did you come to work with Window to Recovery?
We found Window to Recovery through a Facebook ad. After I called them into the center and we met with them, we started them on a three month trial period. We were so impressed by the results that we extended the contract.
How much have you invested with them?
We have invested about $200,000 over the years.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our ongoing engagement with Window to Recovery began in January 2017.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Window to Recovery is top-notch, they’re on another level. Our website used to not rank on Google at all, and now we’re on the first and second pages for all of our target keywords. When you talk to Nate, you can tell they’re experts, the knowledge just pours out of him. Everyone at Window to Recovery is transparent and lets you know what’s going on.
In our industry, we function on cost per acquisition. We used to average $6,000-$7,000 in marketing and advertising to get one person into treatment. Now, our cost per acquisition is $3,000–$4,000.
How did Window to Recovery perform from a project management standpoint?
We’ve worked with a lot of service providers, but Window to Recovery has the best communication by far. They keep us in the loop throughout the entire process, sending mockups for our approval to make sure nothing slips through the cracks. We approve everything as we go.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Window to Recovery is knowledgeable and communicative. It is so important to communicate well in our industry and they go above and beyond.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I can’t think of anything. We’ve very happy with Window to Recovery.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make the decision to work with them quick. We waited a bit before starting our trial period when we could have started saving money sooner. If you’re on the fence, give them a try.

SEO, PPC & Website Redesign Services for Healthcare Organization
“They have a personal boutique, small business feel, yet they’re as effective as a giant conglomerate.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the VP of marketing for one of California’s biggest substance abuse and mental healthcare agencies.
What challenge were you trying to address with Window To Recovery?
When I joined my team, they hadn’t started SEO. We really needed to get SEO and PPC going, which can be particularly difficult in our space. Our industry utilizes LegitScript, which I think just us and two other sectors need to go through. Basically, LegitScript verifies that we’re a legitimate provider. We must adhere to various PPC rules; on top of that, Google Ads is extremely expensive, with one click costing upwards of $90–$150.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Window To Recovery manages our SEO and PPC campaigns. They helped revamp the websites for our substance abuse and mental healthcare services. The team rewrote some of the content and built out all of the necessary components to help the sites rank better. They provided some guidance on what to target and what the most feasible way would be to start bringing in traffic in such a way that wouldn’t come to hurt us later.
They’ve finished rebuilding the sites and are now focusing on building domain authority. They do keyword search and optimization. PPC is ever-changing in our industry, so they’re continuously working on that.
What is the team composition?
Our account reps are Nathan (Director of PPC, Window To Recovery) and Sean (Director of SEO, Window To Recovery). Ara (Designer Manager, Window To Recovery) does web design and any graphics that we need. I’ve also talked to the owner, Preston (COO, Window To Recovery), quite a few times. We’ve had contact with a lot of team members there.
How did you come to work with Window To Recovery?
I’d been working with another company out of Colorado, and Preston reached out, asking if they could come in and show us where we stood and what they could do for us. They performed much better than what we were used to or expecting, and from there, we built a relationship right out of the gate.
How much have you invested with them?
For all of their services total, we invest $8,000–$12,000 each month.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working with Window To Recovery just over a year ago, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our website’s domain authority was super low, but within a very short time of working with Window To Recovery, it jumped significantly. We’d been working with other SEO companies for almost three years before them, but those companies weren’t familiar with our space and didn’t do the work well. Once Window To Recovery took over, we saw an increase in page ranking of around 60–70%.
Considering how complex PPC is in our industry, the fact that Window To Recovery has effectively utilized our budget and still generated traffic and calls, right out of the gate, has been crucial and very fruitful for us. Our admissions from Google ads has jumped 22% since they started.
What we’ve spent on their services to what we’ve made is significant. Based on a few quick calculations, I’d say the ROI has been $4–$5 million.
How did Window To Recovery perform from a project management standpoint?
Something I appreciate about Window To Recovery is how well they communicate; a lot of the other SEO and PPC companies I’d worked with had poor communication, so this is super refreshing. We always have a lot of back-and-forths. They’ve come to our office for meetings that we could’ve just done over the phone. Nothing is done lazily; everything from their response times to communication is incredible.
They exceed deadlines; no deadline has ever been pushed back. They go above and beyond there. I can ask Nate for something, and he’ll get back to me within five minutes, saying it’s done. They have a personal boutique, small business feel, yet they’re as effective as a giant conglomerate.
If anything goes wrong or they make a mistake, which hasn’t been very often, they take accountability. Of all the vendors I’ve engaged, they’ve been the most pleasurable and easy to work with. They get things done effectively, which makes the partnership almost painless. Before, SEO and PPC were such huge parts of my job, and I couldn’t do any of the other things that I needed to. Window To Recovery has freed up a lot of my time, and we’re more effective as a company.
What did you find most impressive about them?
What sets them apart is their attention to detail as well as their efforts to continually educate themselves. SEO, PPC, and Google’s algorithms are always changing. Many of the digital marketing people we’d worked with relied on what worked for them in the past and didn’t look for new avenues. I’ve had Nate escalate things to Google at 15 different levels, trying to get answers.
Another thing that separates Window To Recovery from anybody else is that their reports are real; they aren’t full of fluff. They provide tangible evidence of increased traffic and actual progress. They also have really good people heading up each department, and that translates down to the rest of the team members that work on the accounts.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The web designer wanted everything to be perfect, whereas we wanted to get things going. However, I think that remaining patient was the right approach, so that the sites came out the right way and we wouldn’t have to do them again. Other than that, there hasn’t been anything. They’ve truly gone out of their way; for instance, they helped us integrate a call tracking system into Salesforce. They do things that are outside of their contract.
Any advice for potential customers?
A lot of people will promise you a lot of things in SEO and PPC without showing you how they’re going to do it. Window To Recovery will take the time to show you what a plan of attack looks like. Rather than having someone promise that they’ll get you on the first page of Google, I think it’s invaluable to hear what’s actually feasible and what they can do in the long run.
If you want a company that’s young, eager, and really works to be the best that they can be in this space, my absolute recommendation would be to give them a look. They have years of experience between them, and although they’re young, who else is better to understand the internet age than people who were born and raised in it? I said I’d be willing to leave a review for them because I honestly believe in the services they provide. I’d recommend them 10/10 times to anybody who will listen.

What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in September 2017, and the relationship is ongoing.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm the CEO of Vertex Healthcare Services, which is a medical billing company. We provide services to substance abuse providers, predominantly in Orange County, CA.
What challenge were you trying to address with Window To Recovery?
I'm not a salesperson and I was having a hard time meeting potential new clients. I figured it would be good to have a website and start doing some Facebook marketing. I have no web experience, so I needed to find someone that knows how to do it all.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Window To Recovery set up our website, made it load quickly, and improved the user interface. They led the layout and overall design but they asked me a lot of questions about what colors I liked, how I wanted the site to feel, and what functions did I need it to perform.
As part of their SEO services, they build content for the site and optimize the pages. They also link to other sites in order to improve our domain authority. We had them do a little bit of PPC in the beginning. While it was pretty effective, we ultimately decided that it didn’t make financial sense to pursue it. They continue to create ads for us on Facebook and on Instagram. They even do some actual outreach by responding to inbound leads through a chat box on the homepage.
What is the team composition?
I work exclusively with Preston [Head of Strategy, Window To Recovery.]
How did you come to work with Window To Recovery?
Window To Recovery had been doing web marketing for some of our clients. For one client in particular, we noticed an increase in their revenue and they said working with Preston and Window To Recovery was a major factor in their growth. So we reached out and contracted them to work for us.
How much have you invested with them?
We spend $5,000 a month for a total of $35,000 to date.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in September 2017 and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I get one or two emails pretty much every day from somebody interested in our services. By and large, the leads are pretty qualified. We signed one new account that alone generates $20,000 a month. We mostly get calls and emails from treatment centers in the Orange County area. Depending on what they do with our ad placement and geotargeting, we sometimes get leads from Texas, Louisiana, and Tennessee.
I have a new business associate agreement in hand for a company in Texas that came to us through the website. I got an email yesterday from a company building a platform to house electronic medical records that’s looking for a partner in the billing field. That relationship, which came to us because of their work, could in of itself generate as many leads as we get from Window To Recovery.
How did Window To Recovery perform from a project management standpoint?
There are some weeks where I talk to Preston only two or three times, but for the most part, we’re in touch every day. We communicate via text, email, or phone. Anytime I need something, he answers. There's not a single moment where I’m left wondering what’s going on with the project. He regularly puts together metrics and the information is readily available to me on Trello or Google Drive. When we were doing PPC, I could see when they modified the campaign, target audience, or keywords
What did you find most impressive about them?
We're making money from their services and the ROI is incredible. They do exactly what they say they're going to do. If they tell me that they're going to make a change on the website—a margin, or banner, a logo—I don't even need to check because I know it's going to be done. That really sets them apart from a lot of other providers. Consistency is key, and they're consistently performing above my expectations.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They’re a pretty small company and I think they’d benefit from having more staff. The speed of projects is sometimes a little slow. They always get it done but it just takes a little longer than I'd like. I'm pretty impatient so I can't entirely blame them. I want things done instantly and I get frustrated if it takes three days or a week. If they added another web developer, then they'd have the world’s best service bar none.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be organized and on top of everything. Give them your domain and portal logins in a timely fashion or they will have to keep emailing you, which is a waste of time. Be ready to answer their questions about what you want to see on your website.

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the admissions director for Miracle Recovery Center. We’re a substance abuse treatment facility and I help with marketing and outreach.
What challenge were you trying to address with Window To Recovery?
We needed our website revamped so it could function and attract clients.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Window designed our website and made it mobile-friendly. They walked us through new digital marketing initiative step-by-step. This process included helping set up the company’s Facebook and teaching us how to approach SEO.
What is the team composition?
I worked directly with Preston (Head of Strategy, Window To Recovery).
How did you come to work with Window To Recovery?
We met with a few vendors, but Preston seemed to be the most knowledgeable about the problems we were having. He said we were spending too much money and showed me exactly what he could do with those resources. He was spot on.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent about $20,000-$23,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in October 2017 and the work is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They designed a smooth transitioning website with good functionality. We were prepared to stop online marketing altogether, but Preston delivered on his promise. Their services cost half of what we were spending before and produce twice as many leads. We’re really happy with the results.
How did Window To Recovery perform from a project management standpoint?
I couldn’t rate them any higher. Usually, we’re the ones lagging behind them. I talk to Preston as often as necessary; sometimes a couple of times a day or just couple times a week. We communicated via phone and email.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They actually get our phones ringing with clients. Other firms we’ve worked with just accepted our money without producing results.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No. They did a fantastic job.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Ask them exactly what you want to know. I asked how much money we’d need to spend to bring in a certain number of clients and they answered me.
Webserv achieved their projected quadruple return and were hands-on with their marketing support. That was particularly helpful for the less-experienced internal team. Now, they continue to provide small, ongoing maintenance to keep up with search optimization.
