When COVID hit, they were able to mobilize and get all the computers to our resources' homes so that there was no interruption in services. 5.0 Dec 22, 2022Because they are a growing company and we are part of a larger one, it took some time for our finance & legal teams to iron out the contractual pieces to their satisfaction. Qubit was helpful and amenable to our requests throughout, but my guess is a larger company would have some of legal language already in place and it could have wrapped slightly more quickly. Ironing out the payment side was initially a little difficult for our US-based finance team to wire money successfully. But this now has been resolved and things are working smoothly.
