I'm the owner of e-learning & training company. My company delivers effective e-learning solutions for international organizations with large structures – learning management systems and e-learning content. We are focused on helping organizations to achieve HR & sales goals, by supporting onboarding processes, products & customer care trainings. People love our e-learning, because it’s fun, practical and very well designed.

We asked for help in generating quality contacts with good targeting. Target was decision-makers 30+ years, mid-size companies and enterprises with sales departments in a certain country. We set a goal for Genli Team to generate us a certain number of decision-makers for our sales team.

We had a contact with Genli Project Manager and he worked with his lead-generation team to deliver us what we needed.

What was the team composition?

Genli Team made a strategy of generating targeted leads for our particular project via LinkedIn Sales Navigator. They were very flexible in terms of providing information about the leads and customization of the search settings. The job was done before the deadline and our sales team was able to get leads before the expected time.


Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We got a very high-quality lead (96% is accurate) in a very short time period. They’ve been able to engage leads and create a very comfortable lead-base for integrating with our CRM system.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was effective because of very good communication and understanding of our needs. Despite small misunderstandings, we got our result better and faster than expected.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Hardworking young people asking for your needs as a business owner. We enjoyed the cooperation and we will probably come back for more leads. Targeting was very accurate, so we can focus now on leads that may really need our solutions.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There always is an area for improvement, especially for a young company. All that they did for us was on a high-level quality, so at the moment we can wish them only good luck and success in their upcoming projects.
