Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the founder and CEO at DunkChronicles.
For what projects/services did your company hire ReadyScale?
We entrusted ReadyScale with our web design, traffic analysis, email and social media marketing, and qualification of email responses. User acquisition was a primary focus, and ReadyScale has done a fantastic job of meeting that objective.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Real-world evidence of ReadyScale's proficiency in user acquisition for mobile apps, web page development and optimization, and the implementation of email and social media campaigns led us to hire them as an extension of our sales and marketing team. Moreover, I was impressed by how professionally they handled the situation and how dedicated they were to achieving their goals.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
ReadyScale demonstrated their expertise in advanced inbound web marketing techniques such as dynamic content placement, visitor qualification, and conversion optimization throughout the project. The project was divided into several stages, beginning with the creation and optimization of the app's web page. ReadyScale used data and analytics to determine the interests and behaviors of various visitor groups, and then served up personalized content tailored to each individual visitor.
Following that, ReadyScale implemented a process for qualifying visitors that included assessing factors such as visitor behavior on the site and engagement with the app's content. This enabled us to determine which visitors were most likely to convert into users. Finally, ReadyScale developed targeted and personalized campaigns with the goal of converting visitors into users. This included sending out email campaigns, social media campaigns, and serving targeted ads to visitors based on their behavior and interests.
As a result, user acquisition and engagement increased significantly, exceeding our expectations. ReadyScale comes highly recommended by me because of their expertise in advanced inbound web marketing techniques and their dedication to delivering results.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Our team collaborated closely with a team of three ReadyScale resources throughout the project. A project manager, a web developer, and a digital marketer made up the team. The project manager was in charge of overseeing the project and ensuring that it met our goals and objectives. They also served as our primary point of contact with the ReadyScale team. The web developer was in charge of creating and optimizing the Dunk Chronicles website.
They collaborated closely with our team to ensure that the web page was user-friendly and visually appealing, and that the app's features and benefits were effectively showcased. The digital marketer was in charge of carrying out the email and social media campaigns as well as qualifying email responses. They used data and analytics to determine the interests and behaviors of various visitor groups, and then developed targeted and personalized campaigns to convert visitors into users.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Together with ReadyScale, we were able to produce results for Dunk Chronicles that were nothing short of remarkable. As proof of the success of ReadyScale's campaigns, our monthly user acquisition growth hit 6%, while our cost of customer acquisition decreased by 15%.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Our work with ReadyScale's team went very smoothly. The updates and check-ins were frequent and clear. The ReadyScale project manager ensured that we were always aware of where the project stood and what was happening next. ReadyScale's staff performed at a high level of professionalism and expertise, and their main priority was to provide tangible outcomes. They welcomed criticism and adjusted the project as required. Working together as a group was key in completing the project successfully.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I found that ReadyScale stood out due to their cutting-edge knowledge of inbound web marketing and their focus on delivering tangible results. They did a fantastic job of using analytics and data to tailor their campaigns to individual users. They managed a remarkable feat in striking a harmony between original thinking and focused action.
Their dedication to providing results was clear in the tangible outcomes they achieved for Dunk Chronicles. When it comes to increasing user acquisition and retention, ReadyScale knows the way to go. Their expertise in the field and reliability in delivering results make them a valuable collaborator.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Our collaboration with ReadyScale was fruitful, but we could have done better in a few ways. Problems arose, but were eventually fixed, when trying to share information between our systems and ReadyScale's. Further, we encountered some minor delays, but the ReadyScale team was responsive and helpful in resolving the situation.
In any case, these were relatively minor issues in an otherwise fruitful project. The ReadyScale team impressed me with their professionalism and dedication to getting the job done. ReadyScale is an excellent team for increasing both user acquisition and retention.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the growth lead at Revlum, an offerwall provider that helps brands acquire more users, and boosts revenue for app publishers.
For what projects/services did your company hire ReadyScale?
We needed help with creating and optimizing our landing page before launching our company. After that, onboarding new publisher partners was crucial to our growth; ReadyScale helped us set up CRM and sales procedures to bring highly qualified leads.
How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?
Our founder's friend recommended ReadyScale after hiring them for a similar project. We were impressed by their skills and knowledge, but the most important factor for us was their adaptability. As a startup, we needed someone who could keep up with our (often unpredictable) pace.
Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.
The project included creating an optimizing our landing page, which was the first step to having an efficient inbound channel. They also helped us set up a CRM system, and recommended the best tool to manage customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle.
ReadyScale played a crucial part in developing our growth strategy by sharing their proprietary knowledge about business expansion.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
The first team consisted of a designer, a copywriter, and an experimentation specialist; their tasks included generating new ideas for the landing page, testing them, analyzing the results, and optimizing accordingly. The second team consisted of 2 business development specialists that helped us with CRM, sales, and outreach.
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
With the help of ReadyScale, we have successfully built a network of over 300 app publishers, which has helped increase our reach. By forming partnerships with top advertisers, they have also provided us with access to high-quality opportunities that helped drive revenue.
The final proof of the effectiveness of their strategies and tactics is in our revenue stream, which has been increasing month after month.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
As a startup, even the smallest day-to-day operations can become hectic, but the team handled it perfectly. Adaptability and flexibility were our key focus when seeking a growth partner, and ReadyScale definitely exceeded our expectations.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The teams demonstrated exceptional skills in delivering creative solutions that improved the efficiency of the processes and reduced the amount of time spent on routine tasks. Their expertise and knowledge of tools were extremely valuable to our company.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We didn't have any specific issues with the team, however, it did take them a bit before they could truly understand the ins and outs of our business. Since we operate in a very specific niche, there were a lot of things that were new to the team. Despite this initial learning curve, they were able to implement our terminology and key industry knowledge extremely well.

Please describe your company and your position there.
Business Vision is an IT agency, focusing on med-tech solutions. The industry has many challenges for businesses because it involves a lot of stakeholders. As the Growth Executive at Business Vision, my main goal is acquiring and retaining new clients. To successfully grow a med-tech IT agency, aligning our goals with our stakeholder's needs is key.
For what projects/services did your company hire ReadyScale?
The next step in our growth was an expansion to new markets, and we wanted to boost our sales department. Key parameters for the choice were: knowledge, experience, and general fit with the company. After evaluating our needs & budget, the best option for this project was outsourcing.
How did you select this vendor?
We were already familiar with the company, its strong focus on the IT industry, and its consistent track record of success. After receiving a personal recommendation from one of our partners, we booked an intro call with ReadyScale.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
After the initial call with the team, we had another short call to discuss our goals & confirm the course we wanted to pursue with ReadyScale. The communication was great, and the team set up everything we needed quicker than we expected. Since then, they have been supplying us with sales materials, tools, and great leads.
What was the team composition?
The initial assessment resulted in our outsourced team consisting of an outbound specialist and a dedicated account manager that have been boosting our sales operations ever since. Two full-time resources from ReadyScale were the best option for us.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We had an average of 8 highly qualified leads per month, 4 active campaigns at any given moment, and a 40% overall revenue increase in 2022. Apart from that, our in-house teams were able to focus on other value-adding activities within the company, and we've recorded an overall increase in efficiency across the department.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
During our intro phase, the team asked us about our preferred communication channels, and they adopted them immediately. We didn't have any issues with the transition to an outsourced team because they would update us promptly on everything that we needed to know. They were also very aware of their scope of work and did not overstep any limits unless we approved it.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their efficiency is superb. At first, I was a bit unsure whether only 2 people could handle the workload and still deliver good outputs. I was pleasantly surprised as soon as I saw the first results come in.
Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?
It took maybe three weeks or so to get aligned on the reporting structure, as we have a very specific one internally. We soon got coordinated on all fronts.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am a founder of a multi sided platform connecting USA seasonal workforce employers and students living outside of USA.
For what projects/services did your company hire ReadyScale?
We hired ReadyScale to help us out with business development. Every multi-sided platform has a non-trivial cold start problem on how to acquire initial users from both groups.
Not only did ReadyScale generate high quality leads for us, but they educated us a lot in terms of selling, communicating with customers and business development tips and tricks.
How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?
I've decided to choose ReadyScale since they offered a fair price for what it seemed to be a remarkable business development outcomes.
Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.
This team was responsible for helping us cold-start our platform. First they researched our markets and laid out a strategy document. After consulting with us for feedback on the document they started with the process. The process involved multiple parallel efforts. LinkedIn content creation, increase in number of LinkedIn followers, and automated outreach. Web improvements for boosting lead generation.
Multiple email content strategies and campaigns with different focus points. Social proofs by acquiring reviews from 3-rd party institutions and collecting and presenting client references. During the whole process they were highly available and responsive to any queries we had.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked with one research manager and one sales development expert.
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
The most important metric we had with this business development project was number of meetings scheduled from their side. We had 48 appointments booked, which exceeded our expectations. We also have 3x more LinkedIn followers and 2x more CTA engagement on our landing page.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We had 1+ in-person meetings monthly for aligning on project details. We were able to reach them everyday and got a timely response. We had weekly online meetings to take a look at progress and agree on next steps.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I think the fact that it felt like they were in-house team. They really stick to their main tenets: stubbornness, analytical mindset, and growing with structure - they push through any encountered roadblocks, has a data-driven approach, and all of their efforts are carefully planned and communicated with us. They even educated my team on business development methodologies.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I really cannot think of any improvements. This was my first business development agency that I hired and they exceeded my expectations.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the founder of NowFactor, and my background is in project management in the energy sector.
For what projects/services did your company hire ReadyScale?
We hired ReadyScale to work with us on opening up the UAE & KSA markets. That was our initial pain point, and we couldn't address it with our internal team. After proving their quality on this initiative, we've started new ones together.
How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?
I have direct contacts with some of the stakeholders in ReadyScale so you could say the team came personally recommended.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
We started from the alignment on the pitch, company values, target personas, and similar details important for shaping new sales plans. Our team is not too sales-focused so we actually learned a lot during the workshops and planning steps.
After we've seen the campaign suggestions, we quickly realised that ReadyScale figured out our core values, service offering, and tone of voice, and we could let them work independently. Of course, we are still handling the top leads ourselves, but ReadyScale gets them all the way there in the funnel. That's what we need from a sales partner - a turnkey approach and simple communication.
Describe the recruitment process in detail.
We have a single contact point with ReadyScale, although in reality there are 5-7 people with us in the background. The reporting is done by the key account manager we have active, and with them we also discuss improvement points in our campaigns and intro sales calls. The two dedicated sales reps we have from ReadyScale are working closely with our internal team. I personally have the open line with the account manager and that's how I stay in the loop.
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
I can say that we have 5 new clients in our initial target markets, with many prospects being worked on in the meantime. We typically have around 10 monthly meetings with new prospects coming from our activities with ReadyScale, and this is the figure that we have in our target since it represents the optimal volume we want to be addressing at any given moment.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We have a workflow together that we established ourselves, and everyone sticks to it. That's the key to a good flow of sales and marketing activities. The speed and creativity in this process with ReadyScale is what keeps us happy.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The ideas they come up with are brilliant. Always taking on an approach that makes sense, and most often, the results exceed expectations. Our team of engineers actually has a blast on our workshops and meetings together since we can see an entirely new perspective of business development. We manage to open new opportunities by being clever in the outreach and messaging efforts, and we always combine them with our core values, as well as ideal customer pain points.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Sometimes it's important to understand that not everyone is a sales pro, and some of the marketing terms and KPIs take time to grasp. This is why we initially requested some intro discussions on the context itself, and it helped us find a common language early on in our communication.
