We hired Expand in Asia to generate leads for specific sectors and criterias and book meetings. So there was market studies, criterias to define, content creation, regular meetups to adjust and re-calibrate our approach, switch targets, adapt, etc...

We had several KPIs including numbers of meetings booked, number of qualified leads, but most importantly quality of exchange with those leads. Focus was really more on quality versus quantity, to build relationships. We were not trying to sell a service on the first call but rather explore and present our company

Very professional, constant communication, brought new ideas and solutions when facing hurdles and we always had constructive discussions. No complaints whatsoever
