• A parallel developer-focused campaign booked 15 in-depth product feedback calls with senior engineers within its first 5 weeks, while email outreach kept zero unsubscribes and a near-zero bounce rate.

Meaningful Sales was asked to support the promotion of our offline event through outbound activities, including direct email and LinkedIn outreach. The goal was to invite as many relevant participants as possible, specifically people matching our ICP. In parallel, the agency also promoted our open-source framework. The objective of this part of the campaign was to generate meaningful conversations with prospects aligned with our ICP.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The summit reached close to 100 onsite attendees and about 200 online registrations, with roughly 100 confirmed sign-ups sourced directly from the outreach campaigns run over 3 months.

What we found most impressive was their deep outreach expertise, strong ability to work effectively with large databases, and skill in tailoring communication to our ICP. Their responsiveness and ability to quickly adapt also stood out throughout the collaboration.

Nothing comes to mind. We were satisfied with the collaboration and the way Meaningful Sales handled the project.

Thousands of contacts researched and scored, hundreds contacted, tens met, some contracts already signed. It's all within 4 months.

At the start, they held a live onboarding call and gave us access to an extensive knowledge base that includes tool instructions and outreach strategies we can use as templates.
