Revenue Model, AR Cycle, AP Cycle, accounts email process, requirements and expectations, reporting deadlines payroll, nuances within our business. This instantly solidified we had partnered with a company who valued the customer experience. After our discover calls, they were straight into learning all they could. We set up slack and scheduled regular meetings. It really felt like they were just an extension of our current team.
