Catalyst provided sourcing of candidates, onboarding services for all contractors, and partnered in contract neogtiations.

They also have a hybrid approached to managed services, where they will help ensure success of the workers by monitoring, creating and ensuring stablization of KPIs and SLAs, training, escalations, templatizing and centralizing playbooks, perfomance reviews, etc.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Catalyst is very agile and responsive. When escalated that their sourcing pipeline was slow, they repriortize our account and added additional sourcing resources to our account to help us meet our goals. We also did a post mortem and aligned on changes/improvements that the Catalyst team will incorporate on our account going forward.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Overall I was really impressed with Catalyst's agility and white glove approach for what we needed to set up a proof of concept to ensure success. Their unique offering and approach to supporting their customers' success was a key factor in choosing Catalyst.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Catalyst BPX could have done differently?

They are a very young company so there are still things they need to build in (ie. insurance coverage) to attract and scale with mid to large size clients.

Flora's was contracted for multiple purposes:

1. Get us into financial and legal compliance, and maintain that going forward
2. Help us establish a full-fledged finance function and set of related processes, including everything from implementing an accounting system to keeping the books and reporting on them
3. Submit tax filings
4. Help us hire staff
5. Build out our website
6. Maintain product listings
7. Implement PPC & social media marketing

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

So far everything with Catalyst has been great. We've had no problems with filings, they are proactive regarding compliance, and they are much better experts than me in finance and law which has been a huge help. We've improved our online presence and got many more customers for our business. The best part has been that I can focus more on the rest of the business and not worry about anything they are focused on.

Catalyst BPX has been reliably responsive and proactive. They keep coming to me with things that I didn't even know needed to be done which I'm very thankful for. I'm not sure how any business could operate without a partner like them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What really drew me to Catalyst BPX was how you can tell they are real experts who care, instead of just saying they're so much better than the competition. I've heard a lot of stories of bad BPOs that aren't proactive and don't deliver quality work. Leading a young and maturing business, I couldn't afford to go with some firm that was going to charge a high cost and not deliver. Catalyst BPX isn't at the low end of the price spectrum but they're also not at the top and you get real value.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Catalyst BPX could have done differently?

Really I just wish Catalyst had told me about all the things they could do for me earlier! Every time we add a new service it's amazing how much it changes our success and how much it takes off of my plate.
