Abhi and his team have been responsible for designing, developing, and testing the app since taking the project over mid-2023. Their focus has been building a functional, user-friendly, and efficient app.

They have collaborated with me to gather and define business requirements. This involved understanding the target audience, market needs, and business goals.

They have played a key role in technical requirements (platforms, technologies, APIs), designed the app's architecture and created TestFlights.

Key deliverables have included:

• Frontend & Backend Development
• Set up cloud infrastructure
• Coding and implementation of the app’s logic, features and functionality 
• Defining backend architecture and data flow
• Choosing the frontend framework and UI/UX design standards
• Planning for integration with third-party services (payment gateways, APIs, maps etc..)
