Client Support for Asset Protection Company
“They’re able to handle anything that we give them.”

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the preservation manager for an asset protection company.
What challenge were you trying to address with RPR Services, Inc.?
We hired them to support client processing needs regarding property preservation data.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They process one of our clients’ tasks for us by taking work orders out of our system and putting them into our client’s system. That can involve downloading photos and putting in bids on our behalf.
What is the team composition?
We go to Rohit (Co-Founder & President) with a queue of items to work on. It’s up to him to decide which resource does what behind the scenes.
How did you come to work with RPR Services, Inc.?
They solicited us by email, so we decided to try them out.
How much have you invested with them?
We pay them per work order, so it varies.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working with them since July 2017.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They’re able to handle anything that we give them. Obviously, the work has slowed down due to COVID-19, but they’re still doing well.
How did RPR Services, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re good at taking information and putting it in our client’s systems, but they’re not responsible for thinking outside of that. Rohit ensures that things are done. As for communication, we talk through email and Skype.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Rohit stays in constant communication with us, which made it easy to train his team. Their company has been the only one that could handle this client.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could work on taking the training that we’ve given them and applying it to various situations. For questions they can’t answer by themselves, they could step up more to let us know when they need help.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make sure that RPR Services, Inc. understands the expectations of what you want from them.

BPO for Property Restoration & Repairs Company
“They’re priced very reasonably and provide very robust coverage.”

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner and CEO of a regional property preservation company. We rely on field representatives — basically subcontractors — who go to pre-foreclosure properties. We maintain the properties and provide reporting on their status. Our clients are mostly banks or mortgagers who own the properties and make repair requests.
What challenge were you trying to address with RPR Services, LLC?
It was time consuming to process work orders for our clients. We’d manually upload and categorize thousands of field photos. Submitting repair estimates and processing payment invoices is similarly arduous. We decided to outsource some of those business processes to RPR Services.
What was the scope of their involvement?
RPR Services handles photo uploads and invoice processing for us. They adhere to each client’s process requirements (different entities tend to have unique portals which we’re expected to work with). We review their work before we submit it.
What is the team composition?
I believe we have three teammates; one dedicates their days to us, and another works at night. I believe a third teammate takes care of additional overflow tasks to make sure that the team doesn’t fall behind.
How did you come to work with RPR Services, LLC?
We work with a company stateside. They were very good, but pricey, and they didn’t provide writing estimates as a service. We came upon RPR through Google search, and upon talking to them over the phone, they were the most attractive choice.
Their rates were very competitive, and they provide 24-hour coverage, which is extremely helpful.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent somewhere around $61,000 over the course of our three-year engagement.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working together in August 2017, and it’s an ongoing engagement.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
While we don’t track any specific metrics, they’ve alleviated a major administrative burden for us. In the recent two-week period, they’ve processed between 300–350 work orders. While it’s a slower season now, they can handle double that number in a busier period.
How did RPR Services, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?
We have them set up as a user in our database, where our work orders are housed. We had a fairly seamless workflow established with them.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re priced very reasonably and provide very robust coverage.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There’s always room for improvement. Just like with our own in-house staff, there are moments where we’d appreciate slightly more consistent attention to detail.
