We needed a part-time admin assistant to help manage our directors diaries and inboxes. We also need them to manage client communication and assist with day to day admin tasks.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They routinely monitor our calendars and inboxes to ensure that we only focus on the things that are most important. It's been extremely helpful to offload a lot of the admin tasks that take up the team's time.

Everything was delivered on time, and they were constantly available to help whenever we needed it. They're pretty flexible with their hours too so we can scale up or down on demand.
