My work with CAS is not project based, it's ongoing and long-term. I work with them to hire Philippines based accounting professionals. I hired my first full-time team member through them in November 2023 and now have my second full-time person with them who started in November 2024. I will continually use them as I need to hire additional team members outside of traditional US employees.

I worked with them at a prior company and immediately knew I would use them as a partner when I started my own firm. I have hired 2 people through them so far in my own firm and have sent them I think at least 6 introductions to other accounting firms so far.

When I am ready to start considering a new team member, I tell them what I am looking for and they will provide various profiles that may be of interest to me. Then they schedule interviews for individuals that I am interested in. They remain communicative to me throughout the process.

I have experienced or looked into many offshore agencies. CAS provides a total opposite experience. This aligns with what I care about in terms of hiring not just in the US but internationally as well.

CAS is very reliable in their communication; considering the nature of staffing, I don't put deadlines on this work, but when a position needs to be filled, we can typically start interviewing within 1-2 weeks of a request being submitted. Most candidates have a reasonable start time, and I've never had to wait longer than a month between offering a candidate a role and their start date.
