We needed help with website development and marketing solutions for our company, and we were looking for an overseas option with good pricing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Xtreme Technologies designed and built our WordPress website from scratch using Figma. In addition, they’re currently taking care of Google Ads and Facebook Ads and bringing leads through digital media channels.

What is the team composition?

We’ve been working with six members of their team, including a project manager, a couple of designers, and their accounting team.

How did you come to work with Xtreme Technologies?

They were referred to us by someone who had already used their services.

How much money have you invested in this partnership?

So far, we’ve spent $120,000 with them.

We started working together in June 2021, and the engagement is still ongoing.

Working with them has been great, and our team has only good feedback on their involvement.

How did Xtreme Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

We’ve had an amazing project management experience; they’re communicative, understand everything, and have an easy-to-work-with team. Regarding tools, we use Trello and Jira.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their ability to understand our needs and execute accordingly is outstanding. Overall, we like their customer service.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.

Several customers were having trouble getting into our website, so we hired Xtreme Technologies to make it more user-friendly.

What was the scope of their involvement?

In the beginning, we had a meeting with Xtreme Technologies, during which they walked us through their web development process and showed us different ways how to make our site easier to use. After that, they proceeded with building our website from scratch. They also incorporated images for each product to ensure that customers knew exactly what they were buying or looking at.

Their team continues to check in with us regarding any site issues that they need to fix or other tasks that we need them to work on.

I found Xtreme Technologies through another person who hired them to work on a similar project.

We’ve spent about $2,000 or more.

We started working together in January 2022, and it’s still an ongoing partnership.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

A year ago, we would usually get a lot of complaints about our website in general. Now, with the new website, we’ve been getting a lot of good feedback from customers about how easier it is to use.

How did Xtreme Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

They always deliver on time and stay within budget. For communication, we use phone calls and Zoom. At times, one of their teammates comes to the office as well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with how easy it is to work with them — their team is very flexible and always on top of everything. Also, they never complain and are always on point.

Are there any areas they could improve on?

No, we haven’t had any problems.

Reach out to them, and they’ll show you how good and knowledgeable they are at what they do.

I’m a counselor for a family and relationship counseling company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Xtreme Technologies?

We needed Xtreme for their rebranding services. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We didn’t have any idea what direction to take in terms of branding, so we simply gave Xtreme information about what we did as a company. They asked me what I could share with them such as our work and the things that we wanted to advertise on the website. Then, they took it from there.

At present, we continue to work with Xtreme. Whenever I see something that I’d like to upgrade or change, I call or send a message to them. They then work on it. 

What is the team composition?

We work with at least four people from Xtreme. 

How did you come to work with Xtreme Technologies?

I met one person from Xtreme and showed him our website. I told him that I needed to upgrade it, and he started asking me questions — he also asked if I was interested in his help in rebranding the website. That was the start of our partnership.

We started working together in August 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Clients and other people go to the website for our Islamic counseling services, and ever since the website’s upgrade, it has received plenty of compliments. People say that it’s easier to read and that they like the way it’s set up. It’s also easy for them to look up certain information.

How did Xtreme Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

Xtreme’s project management has been great. If I have ideas, I can jot them down and give them to the team. Then, they work on the website based on my ideas. Even if I have no ideas on what direction to take other than what I want to see on the website, they come up with solutions that benefit the website’s visitors. To communicate, we use video chats, emails, WhatsApp, and even Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re easy to deal with — if I want to see something on the website, they’ll do it. If I see it and want to change it, it’s easy to ask them to do so. I sometimes change things 2–3 times, and the team has been truly accommodating. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. They’ve done everything I want and more. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers? 

Trust Xtreme’s creativity. In my experience, I simply tell them what I need to happen. They then come up with ideas that I love. They’re truly easy to deal with because of this.

I am a Store Manager at DAIM AUTOS. We have rapidly and consistently grown to be one of the leading ecommerce store of wheels and tires. We have collection of hundred thousand wheels and tires. We now deliver Off-Road wheels and tires in the United States and around the globe. As we continue to grow with an end goal in mind, we maintain customer satisfaction and our passion for excellence in mind. Moreover, we have million square feet of combined warehouse space in the United States.

For what projects/services did your company hire Xtreme Technologies?

I hired Xtreme Technologies for web design and development. We firmly believe that a website is the backbone and front face of business. This is why we were always concerned about our website and its functionality. We were not happy with the overall web design and functionalities. We wanted to develop our website from scratch.

Several companies approached us with their project plan, but unfortunately, none of them crafts an effective and impactful website plan. Our previous website was not user-friendly and sophisticated; that’s why our target was UI/UX design. I met the experts at Xtreme Technologies via Facebook. When they showed me their previous projects, I was utterly impressed with their approach and work.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We started with our research and asked various corporate professionals and companies to present their game plan. Several companies and individuals present their plan, and Xtreme Technologies was that perfect resource we were striving for years and years. We were impressed and thrilled with their grasp on website design and development expertise. They were terrific with their approach.

Even though their experts are highly cooperative and won’t bother keeping us in the loop throughout the process. When we selected and finalized Xtreme Technologies, they assigned us their website, project manager. His name was Dustin Jack. Dustin and his team were highly experienced and had a distinctive approach. They were pro with their approach. It was an exceptional experience working with them.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Due to outdated and monotonous website, we experienced a significant downfall of potential leads and traffic on our website. Whenever we showed our website to our clients, they found it odd and something with a conventional approach. Our sales were dropped down to 60%, and this was the most shocking news for us. We wanted to get ahead of the pack, and due to our website, we were kept on failing.

Our competitors started capturing our clients and offering them special discount and offers. This was quite alarming for us. This is where we decided to connect with the relevant and competent source to overcome our website’s complexities.

Dustin was accommodating and functioned as a coordinator between the relevant department and us. We held four meetings to discuss:

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within in a month we experienced clients coming back to us and our website’s UI/UX and overall functionality was touching the sky. Our website was a bit complicated before but now it’s easy to navigate along seamless customer experience. Our sales and potential leads were expanding up to 80%.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

On the design mockups, we collaborated with Mike (Creative Director). We collaborated with a project manager and a developer once we got into development phase.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am impressed their designs and coding techniques. They are well-versed with what they are doing. Xtreme Technologies never compromise when it comes to quality and customer satisfaction.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing so far. I’m highly satisfied working with Xtreme Technologies. You guys are great and highly experienced.

We were directly dealing with Xtreme technologies' higher management and three IT specialists were allocated for this project by the company.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The system went live with a success rate of 99% with small hiccups which were removed as we go along.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was very effective. Timely feedback and communication was the key to the success. The team was prompt in understanding the processes and issues, making the process smooth and less painful.

There is always room for improvement. However, we were very satisfied with the outcome and maintains an ongoing relationship to meet or address any ongoing queries.
