It was difficult to get meetings with the project manager at first. Rather than weekly meetings, we could only meet every month, so small things like baby changes to the copy took much longer to do. That made the process very slow in the beginning. Eventually, Akash took over and put our weekly meetings back in place, which improved our speed enormously. Once the boss got involved, everything was done within 24 hours.

We really like that they have a dedicated designer for us who are able to take our ideas and inspirations to their team of designers and senior designers to get feedback.
