On top of that, their development team was outstanding — incredibly efficient and able to resolve issues with impressive speed. One area that could be improved is the project management approach. While the overall collaboration was excellent, the process of locating documents and files sometimes required going through multiple sources, including chat history. A more structured and centralized system for sharing project materials would make it easier for clients to access everything quickly and stay organized throughout the project.

One area for improvement could be setting clearer expectations around technical limitations in Webflow early on. While the team handled workarounds well, a bit more upfront guidance on what’s easily doable versus what requires custom code could have streamlined decision-making. That said, they were always helpful and found practical solutions when needed.

Our main goal was to retain site performance going into our peak sales window, and we successfully achieved this. In fact, it was one of the smoothest migrations I’ve managed or been part of. Despite a tight timeline and complex requirements, we delivered the project on time without disruption to user experience, lead flow, or traffic.

I have no complaints at all. Communication was smooth throughout. We used Slack and had weekly check-ins, and the team was always super responsive and helpful. No task ever felt too big. Rastko and Nemanja were especially great to work with, even responding out of hours when needed. I genuinely can’t fault the team. Our account managers also deserve a mention, as they consistently kept us informed and up to date.

What stood out most was the team's attitude and collaboration. Despite a tight deadline and complex scope, they never pushed back. They were always positive, responsive, and open to discussion. We had a great environment where we could explore improvements together, which made the whole process enjoyable. The team was approachable, committed, and genuinely a pleasure to work with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Flow Ninja Studio could have done differently?

It’s difficult to find flaws in a migration that went so smoothly. That said, migrating the apply form was one of the most complex parts of the project, both during and after launch. In hindsight, it might have helped to prioritise this earlier in the process.

Nemanja did an incredible job pushing through and getting it live in time despite the tight deadline, and we really appreciated the extra effort. My only reflection is that if it had been tackled earlier, it might have saved him some of the long hours toward the end. It's important to be kind to yourself during projects like this.

We began exploring Webflow development because we needed deeper technical expertise. While we had someone on the team familiar with creating pages in Webflow, we lacked the advanced development knowledge required to optimize performance and functionality. Despite Webflow being a no-code platform, achieving strong conversion rates still requires a solid understanding of development best practices.

Since our business is entirely inbound-driven—built around product-led growth and free signups—our website is a core asset. Its performance directly impacts user acquisition and engagement. To support our growth, we needed help with technical elements such as site speed optimization, scalable page creation, and technical SEO implementation.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've significantly accelerated our landing page production. We successfully launched three new landing pages within a single month—something that previously took much longer due to our multi-step process from wireframes in Miro to design and development.

In addition to improved velocity, we’ve also seen a substantial boost in site performance. Our page speed score increased from around 50 to between 80 and 90. A major contributor to this improvement was a complete overhaul of our website’s CSS structure, which optimized loading times and improved overall user experience.

FlowNinja’s been super responsive since the start. We have weekly meetings with them, and before each one, they always send over an agenda, which we can add to as well. After the meeting, they follow up with a recap and clear action items, so everyone’s on the same page.

We also chat regularly on Slack, and they’re quick to reply whenever we need something. They consistently meet deadlines and keep things moving without us having to chase anything.

Honestly, that’s a big reason why we decided to expand the scope. Beyond web development, they’re now also handling our SEO efforts. It’s been a really smooth collaboration.

The measurable outcome we had for this project was to have a succesful launch of the new website ahead ofthe ending of our contract with ourt old CMS provider. 
We didn´t really hit the original planned timelime but that was due to a couple of external (mainly localisation) issues.

What challenge were you trying to address with Flow Ninja Studio?

We needed Flow Ninja Studio to assist us in standing out from our competition through a sleek and professional design. Additionally, we wanted a modular site that could expand with new locations and services. We also needed a site that would benefit SEO and landing pages for paid ads. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Flow Ninja Studio handled everything from design to development to maintenance. They gathered feedback via Slack and Figma and provided development versions for testing. The team created CMS collections for location pages, blogs, products, and services. They also created custom solutions for structured data, HubSpot data, and business information, as well as an internal brand page.

Between 5–7 teammates from Flow Ninja Studio worked on design, development, and project management. 

How did you come to work with Flow Ninja Studio?

We found Flow Ninja through an online search. First and foremost, their website was great. The design and user-friendliness were exactly what we wanted for our website. They also had great testimonials and plenty of educational information published. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Flow Ninja Studio in May 2024, and the website was launched in October 2024. Maintenance and updates are ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We saw a 30% increase in site traffic and a doubling of our previous page speed. We measured the increase in site traffic from October 2024–May 2025 using Google Analytics and Google Search Console. 

How did Flow Ninja Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

Flow Ninja Studio’s project management was great in all aspects. The team constantly ensured our needs were met and feedback was implemented. Communication was exceptional, and we received regular updates via a Slack channel and Figma. The onboarding process was smooth, and our project manager, Nina (Senior Project Manager), was amazing.
