My company consists of three different restaurant models - neighborhood bar, casual sports bar concept, and gaming facility with food and drink. I am the Director of Marketing & Promotions. I write and execute quarterly strategic marketing plans for each location. This includes digital, print, social and in-house marketing.

LeadCardinal has designed all of our websites, including graphic design, content creation, SEO, and indexing. They have designed and built three websites for us, all delivering exceptional quality and service. They were able to identify the different concepts, needs, and goals for each restaurant and deliver accordingly.

They were already working for the company when I arrived. They have worked with the owners for quite some time...the owners continue to use them because of their responsiveness, their due-diligence, quality, price and timeliness.

Kick off meeting where outlines and scope are discussed. Came back with wireframe and user journey. Started designed and writing content; first draft with revisions; second draft with revisions; SEO and meta data implementation; then took live.

Steve is my project manager. He is partner and COO.

After launch, our site is seeing a 300% increase in visits to the site. The UX is so much nicer - that, combined with great SEO - is giving us the visibility we want and need.

Steve's style is very relaxed. He is always open to hear what I have to say - my suggestions and ideas - and will take them when he believes they will work. He works in our best interest and will push back when needed, always with a great explanation. He is extremely responsive and always meets deadlines.

Willingness to listen to others' ideas, depth of knowledge, speed of response and deliverables.

The most impressive or unique thing about LeadCardinal was how professional, creative and great they were with their communication. Our company has 7 different websites and by far, LeadCardinal was the best company we have dealt with. They will be the only company we will deal with going
