They delivered every major milestone either on or ahead of schedule. This was particularly impressive given the custom nature of the quote form, which required several iterative feedback loops. Their response to our needs was always prompt and solution-oriented. During the design phase, we were unsure about a particular user flow. Instead of just implementing it as drawn, their team proposed and built a simple A/B test for two different options, allowing us to make a data-driven decision that ultimately improved the final product.
