We were looking to build a marketing plan for our events, coworking spaces, and most importantly coliving (hotel) rooms.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal were to create a funnel where we would first raise brand awareness for a millennial-focused audience and push them through a well thought out funnel to push them through to a conversion stage.

I had been consulting for a separate company when I was placed in a meeting with them and realized what a smart and dedicated agency they were so I hired them myself.

Create social media and google campaign funnel as well as provided reporting, optimizations, and creative modifications in order to yield the best possible results for the CPA.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Yes, we received incredible CPA results selling rooms for $40 CPA with 5x ROI. Really nice results.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Effective especially as we battled opposite time zones. Consistent of weekly meetings and constant instant messaging.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their willingness and ability to pivot as our company goals shifted as well (sometimes weekly)... frustrating for us but they handled it nicely and professionally.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I would love to see portions of their reports evolve into a more forward thinking model with stats that are not only being “asked” for but other ones that may jump out as being important that the client may not see right away.

I hired DigitInk for mainly 2 things that they did great: website creation and digital marketing strategy creation and implementation.

What were your goals for this project?

The goals of the project was to have a fully working (and easy to administrate) website by the end of the year (2018) and later implement the digital marketing strategy from January 2019. After its implementation, we had a couple of goals: 15 projects/month and CPA lower than $80.

How did you select this vendor?

I selected Digitink, because after the chat that I had with them, they managed to understand my needs and see what I really wanted to achieve. What is more, I really liked it when they explained how they work - how they onboard a client, how they communicate with him/her and how they report the results they have achieved.

First, they bought my domain, installed WordPress on it and then developed the fully functional website.

Meanwhile they were doing that, they created my Integrated Digital Marketing Plan, consisting of analysis of current business and digital data, competitor research (business model and digital marketing presence) and digital strategy and tactics for all the different channels.

Once we discussed the document and agreed up on it, the guys started implementing it giving me weekly and monthly reports.

I have worked with both of them - Daniel and Velizar.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In one month they built my website. In two months they managed to find me the first 20 projects using their strategy.

After that, they managed to keep up with the tempo and each month they delivered me the target projects.

They managed to keep the CPA below $80 with a ROAs of ranging from 7 to 15 during the different months.

As I am a freelancer, the communication was just between me and them and it was pretty smooth.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their attitude towards the project and my business in general. They worked as if this was their business. Also, they managed to achieve all the goals we have set up previously.

During our project, I haven't found any areas for improvement. P.S. It would be cool if they speak a little bit of Italian :)

The main goal was to attract more people to my profile, find out companies that will want to advertise thanks to my profile and monitized tha whole effort. The first result was on the table only 1 month after our collaboration.

I've gained more than eight thousands completes in a four months. It was a huge increasment. Real followers, not bots, not fake accounts, etc. 8k real followers. They were directly involved into the responses to my followers, content creationg and my whole appearance into the social media.

In the beginning I've got only 400 followers, thanks to the work they we've done I increased to almost 9k followers. I started collaborating with Samsung (Bulgaria) - they help me with equipment. I started collaborating with several food develiry companies, thanks to the adverts. for them I were able to cover all my digital marketing expenses. I started collaborating with one of the biggest local fitness centers. I've got free pass for me and friend of mine, free protein bar, and I start receiving a money for every people who sign up for membership thanks to my code.

I can say that we work in a really good way. We've done multiple comapaings and we've never have a conflicts.

How flexible, adaptive, open minded, young and motivated individuals they are. They can solve any problem with their out of the box thinking.

DigitInk handled everything about our Google Ads and social PPC—from setting up the whole ad account structure to doing in-depth keyword research. They worked with us to create catchy ad copy, tested different ads and banners, and helped us run promotions for newly listed houses and special deals. We had weekly check-ins, and they gave us easy-to-read reports with insights on which ads worked best. They also made landing pages for some of our listings and helped improve our call tracking setup so we could see where leads were coming from.
