Solid Digital was responsive throughout the whole project. We felt we were their only client; they always made us feel heard. Even if they weren’t going to deliver on time, they communicated in advance so nothing ever impacted our timelines. Moreover, they made adjustments when they couldn’t meet a deadline and ensured our team was delivering the content and images they needed so our launch date could remain the same. Overall, Solid Digital was on top of the weekly meetings, ongoing communication, and recaps of everything that happened. We didn’t need to chase down requests or tasks; we felt confident that they’d deliver what was promised.

Easily navigable, but journey-drive, so prospective clients with individual needs would be presented with the content in which we know they'll be they're most interested. We wanted it to feel fresh, modern, and distinct from all other agencies in our space, both visually and in terms of sophistication. And, in every way, Solid nailed it. Every box checked.
