BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the marketing coordinator for Faulk & Winkler, LLC, a financial services company. We provide accounting, tax, and business consulting services to individuals and businesses in southern Louisiana, helping clients identify opportunities and achieve their financial goals.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with ThreeSixtyEight?
Our company has two brands whose logos were not aligned at all. We contracted with another vendor previously to get this done, but it was just not a good fit. The heavy creative lifting was still being put on our shoulders, and we didn't feel that the previous vendor was providing us a service.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We contracted with ThreeSixtyEight to do a complete branding overhaul. They designed new logos, picked fonts, picked colors, and put together new branding packages for both of our brands, Faulk & Winkler and Sentinel. They also provided us with the fonts, colors, branding guides, multiple logo versions, animated versions of our logos, and all that we needed to completely rebrand.ThreeSixtyEight really got to know us, our mission, and our values, and took their time to really come up with some great options for our new branding. They came up with ideas that exactly fit what we wanted, and the process was much easier.
How did you come to work with ThreeSixtyEight?
They were referred to me.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked with them from June–October 2025.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We got sent proofs of what they were working on every step of the way and were always able to give feedback so that the final deliverables were exactly what we wanted. We haven't launched it publicly yet, but everyone internally loves the new branding!
How did ThreeSixtyEight perform from a project management standpoint?
They went above and beyond my expectations and turned around deliverables quickly. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They really made an effort to understand our values and our company. This is evident in the final designs, and I'm so glad we chose to work with them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, they did great!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
TSE's people are fantastic partners. No project happens without changes, miscommunications and mistakes; that is the nature of working with people. But the TSE team handled everything with such maturity, which made it very easy to evaluate any issues and find mutually agreed solutions quickly. Every person we worked with had that mentality -- they are kind, friendly people who understand business relationships. It was a no-drama, low-maintenance relationship.
Are there any areas for improvement or something ThreeSixtyEight could have done differently?
The only area for improvement was in clear communication of specific client expectations for each round of review. We sometimes had mismatched understandings of how detailed our feedback needed to be, or how impactful our feedback would be on the next phases of the product. We discussed this directly with TSE, but I encourage them to make it more clear to clients when a round of review is for directional guidance only, when feedback is considered final with no future ability to change, and what impact a decision will have on future stages of the project. To TSE's credit, they improved on this during our project.

"They understood what we were looking for and delivered!"
ThreeSixtyEight was hired by a healthcare consulting and analytics firm for website development and rebranding services. The team was also tasked with creating the client's brand and social media strategy.
ThreeSixtyEight built a website that reflected the client's services. In addition, the overall design was consistent with the client's new branding, and it received positive feedback from customers. The team had a well-organized workflow, and their quality of work exceeded the client's expectations.
The client submitted this review online.
BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the marketing manager/ops manager for a healthcare consulting and analytics firm. The company needed a rebrand and overall marketing strategy that aligned with our growth so we searched for a marketing agency that could offer these services but that also had similar core values and approach as ours.
We are mission-driven and were looking to partner with a marketing agency that was as passionate as us about their work! The other important piece for us was bringing in a creative perspective that was willing to challenge the standards when it comes to the healthcare sector general look and feel.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire ThreeSixtyEight?
New website, overall rebrand and brand strategy, social media strategy.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
From the very first few conversations, we immediately clicked with the TSE team. We felt like their values aligned with ours, they were honest and transparent, and not afraid to challenge us and push us out of our comfort zone, which is exactly what we needed. Their example work was compelling, detailed, and in brand. We really appreciated how the team was immediately in tune and passionate with our company's mission.
They truly listened to us and put together a proposal that matched with what we were looking for. Another thing we definitely appreciated was that the proposal was very much black and white, no questions on hidden fees, costs, etc. Some other proposals we received almost need an interpreter!
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
We started out with the brand strategy - this was probably our biggest struggle, as the company didn't go through an exercise this thorough before. Once we had the words to describe the company, the brand, the tone of voice, TSE walked us through translating the words into visuals, from logo to colors, and graphic elements. Once those were set, we started working on the website. We were involved in every phase and it felt very much like a collaboration.
While the website was being finalized, we also worked on social media strategy, which included graphic elements that enabled us to create new posts that reflected the new brand. We also worked on other collateral pieces together such as case studies, infographics, letterhead, envelopes, business cards, and deck templates.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked mainly with four resources, two PM, a strategist, and a designer. However, a copywriter was also involved for some of the project, and a sales representative was our initial contact. The social media strategist was also involved for part of the project. Overall, everyone we interacted with at TSE shared the same approach and felt very much part of a consistent and strong culture.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our new website really feels like the culmination of all the work we have done for the last eight months. Every little detail on the site is consistent with our new brand. We have received so much positive feedback on it, and it has exceeded our expectations. It is definitely an incredible step up from our previous site.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Very effective. TSE is well organized and has a strong process in place.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I think there are many things to appreciate about TSE but first and foremost, the people. Everyone we worked with was genuine, honest, humble, kind, and truly cared. This set the base for a process that felt like a collaboration even close to important deadlines. The other aspect that is crucial is they listened. They understood what we were looking for and delivered!
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I don't think so. There have surely been times of tension, but it was a healthy tension that was needed. Even though it may not feel good in the moment, we are grateful TSE pushed us out of our comfort zone, so I would encourage them to keep doing just that!

ThreeSixtyEight was hired to produce various marketing materials to support a software company's awareness campaign. The team produced a video, selected venues, hired talent, and more.
The campaign garnered over 100,000 views only a few weeks after its launch. ThreeSixtyEight was highly accommodating, flexible, and receptive to feedback throughout the engagement. They were able to produce exceptional marketing assets despite working remotely and despite the tight deadline.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the brand director at Talend, a data integration and governance software company.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire ThreeSixtyEight, and what were your goals?
Enterprise software is a huge industry, but when it comes to marketing, it lacks some of the oomph and excitement of B2C brands. We wanted to change that and create a pure awareness campaign. We hired ThreeSixtyEight for creative development, video production and asset production (static banner ads) of the campaign.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We were looking for an agency that would support our vision (Enterprise software does not have to be boring) and would have the skills for both ideation and video production.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.
We followed a very standard process starting with ideation, brainstorming. ThreeSixtyEight came back with two concepts. We picked one that we really pushed further. Once we were set on the concept, ThreeSixtyEight worked on a storyboard. We co developed the script together.
ThreeSixtyEight took care of selecting venues, hiring talent, producting all assets. During the post-prod phase, ThreeSixtyEight went through several rounds of adjustements and reviews.
Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?
We worked with a project manager and a full crew of art director, copywriter, designer. They shared their work via G Drive and Vimeo and we iterated quickly at all stages of the process. We also jumped on a couple of calls when we needed a really quick turnaround.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The campaign has been out for a couple of weeks now and has already garnered 100 000s of views. We're also on track to reach our target of 2 million impressions in our core audience.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
The entire team was very accomodating and flexible throughout the process. They were very open to feedback and suggestions.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The quality of the final video assets is top-notch and absolutely incredible in the time that we had to produce it. Everything was done remotely because of the pandemic, and I still had full faith in them during the production phase.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

ThreeSixtyEight developed comprehensive TV and digital ad campaigns for an insurance provider. The vendor recently launched an entirely new campaign.
ThreeSixtyEight's recent output received high praise from many sources within hours after it was launched. The partners hold weekly meetings to go over problems and their next steps. Most importantly, the vendor had challenged the client, forming genuine respect and a sense of true partnership.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the Corporate Media Director for Creative Consultants Inc, an in-house agency whose main client is Alfa Insurance — a regional P&C Insurance provider headquartered in Montgomery, Alabama. I've been with the company since November 2004.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire ThreeSixtyEight?
After working with the same crew for nearly a decade, we decided to cast our line into the creative agency pool with an RFP in early 2021. Our key charge involved developing a comprehensive television and digital ad campaign beginning in Q2-2021, which would air in early Q3. This new campaign should help us expand our market share by
Creating message-driven television ads whose simplicity and impact reinforce the Alfa brand and its promise with insurance consumers
Creating message-driven digital ads to drive engagement among auto intenders while increasing conversions of online auto quote and bind capabilities in our core states
Increasing brand awareness and driving online and agent-assisted conversions among urban-suburban adults 25 to 45. In addition to a creative toolkit,
ThreeSixtyEight developed multiple :30s, :25s and :15s; audio spots; new OOH; a microsite and more — all within budget and on time.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
After sending the RFP out to 16 agencies, we narrowed the interested parties down to 7. We then brought these 7 in for formal pitches, narrowing the list down to 3 post-pitch. We ultimately selected ThreeSixtyEight for a variety of reasons — deliverables, timeline, budget and creativity. But, truth be told, I knew in my gut these were "our people" from the very first conversation. You can find talent in a slew of places, but what's harder to find is energy, contagious enthusiasm, passion, drive, transparency and heart. ThreeSixtyEight boasts all that and more.
Interestingly enough, we originally found ThreeSixtyEight through Clutch. Based on the reviews there, I knew we had to include them in the initial round of RFP submissions. The rest, as they say, is history.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
After beginning with a series of discovery calls, emails and continued follow-up questions to our initial RFP, ThreeSixtyEight traveled from Baton Rouge to Montgomery to meet with us for their initial pitch. This initial meeting inspired follow-up visits, where they spoke to several key members of our executive management team; dozens of our field sales team members; and other key stakeholders. They know strategy is only as good as the intel you have available, so their incredible team spent countless hours ensuring they had all the info they needed to satisfy our campaign expectations.
Ultimately, ThreeSixtyEight developed print and digital media; a microsite; multiple :30s, :25s and :15s; a :30 and :15-second audio spot; and provided a creative toolkit our in-house agency could leverage for additional assets as needed.
What was the team composition?
We've worked closely with ThreeSixtyEight's co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer; an outstanding creative director + team; an incredible account manager; senior design engineers; brand and media strategists; and brand design lead. At no point throughout this process have we ever questioned, "Is this the team that can get us where we want to go?" Rather, our only question is, "Can we find more money to do even more with them?" How often can you say that?
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Though we've only just launched our entirely new campaign, organic compliments via word of mouth, email, hallway conversations and social media are already pouring in with high praise! I've been with this company nearly two decades and have had the privilege of working with the in-house agency since 2009 — and I can honestly say this is the first time we've launched a campaign that, within hours, was already receiving major buzz.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
It's been an incredible experience! We have weekly meetings with the team to go over progress and next steps; email, call and text regularly with questions and/or update; and maintain open dialogue regardless of the time or day. If you want to work with a group that isn't boxed into a 9-to-5 schedule — and one who consistently responds with energy and solutions — this is your team.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
What's not to love? Their commitment to being a challenger agency and "building a different ladder" is commendable, but the people behind the company are just fantastic humans. When you have the opportunity to create amazing work in a true partnership atmosphere with people you genuinely respect and want to have a beer with, is there anything better? One thing to note — during the final stages of this project, Hurricane Ida hit the Louisiana coast, devastating a significant portion of the state. Portions of parishes are still without power weeks later. Despite a lack of cell service and electricity, this incredible team still managed to find a way to meet our deadline and exceed our expectations. How many companies can you think of who would go so far out of their way to fulfill their promise? ThreeSixtyEight did, without hesitation.
Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?
Absolutely not. This entire experience was phenomenal, and we would do it all over again.

Our Story
In 2016, a web shop and a presentation agency merged to build something neither could alone. We turned down private equity, bet on independence, and proved great work can come from unexpected places. Led by CEO Jeremy Beyt and COO Nick Defelice our team is unbound by agency bad habits, united by uncommon thinking, and unapologetically human. We exist to help clients create their uncommon future.
