Bop Design created a logo and WordPress website for a manufacturing company. They also provided keyword research and SEO services and interviewed the client’s customer for a case study.
Bop Design delivered a functional website that reflects the client’s brand aesthetic. Although it’s too early to measure site traffic effectively, the client’s technical SEO audits have returned positive results. Bop Design consistently met deadlines and adhered to budget parameters.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the VP of marketing at Sun-Pull Wire; we're a manufacturing company.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Bop Design?
We hired them to design our logo and build our website.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
The Bop Design team designed our logo. First, we asked them to provide us with various logo options ranging from hyper-conservative to ultra-modern. Then, they created four templates, two were more straightforward, and two were more modern with bold colors. Once we chose the template that spoke to us most as an organization, we chose a font, and Bop Design managed the final logo design process from beginning to end.
After delivering the final logo, they built our website from scratch using a WordPress template. The website is our digital factory and lead generation tool for customers to engage with us online. The team also helped us with keyword research and provided website SEO and copywriting services. We collaborated with them on different pages to ensure they contained the right keywords for Google and Bing. We host the website internally, but they occasionally help with maintenance requests.
Bop Design also interviewed one of our customers for a case study. They added the case study to the website and included videos and data on different pages to convey our brand message.
What is the team composition?
We worked with Daniela (Senior Graphic Designer), Emily (Web Development Director), and Robin (Brand & Content Director).
How did you come to work with Bop Design?
We found them online while searching for B2B website design agencies. They were at the top of the search results, which was a good sign that they were well-versed in SEO.
How much have you invested with them?
We invested $10,000–$25,000 in the project with Bop Design.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from November 2021–June 2022. They delivered the logo in 4–6 weeks and the website in 3–4 months.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Bop Design delivered great logo designs on their first try. We were really pleased with the results and had a challenging time determining which logo would work best. They also created a great case study that showed they had a solid grasp of our brand aesthetic. Crafting messaging around our product can be challenging, but Bop Design did a great job turning what we gave them into meaningful website content.
The website functions very well, and we’re pleased with the core site vitals. Since we’re still getting indexed, it’s too early to see the results of our website traffic. However, we’re heading in the right direction, and the site has received positive internal feedback regarding its design. We’ve been tracking our keywords and have climbed to the first page of the search results for some of them. We’ve also run technical SEO audits that have garnered positive results.
How did Bop Design perform from a project management standpoint?
Working with Bop Design was fantastic; everything went smoothly. The team turned in deliverables exactly on schedule and well within our budget parameters. They gave us a timeline at the beginning of the project and stuck to it. Moreover, they were open to feedback. We used Bugherd to communicate feedback during the website development process, which was helpful.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Bop Design was honest with us and delivered great value for the cost. They took the time to understand our business needs and learn about our goals as an organization. Moreover, the team was strong across the board when it came to website design, development, copywriting, and SEO.
They focus on core industries, such as manufacturing, financial services, and IT, which enables them to be really good at what they do.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I have nothing they could improve on; they were fantastic.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make sure that your internal point of contact is connected to the project’s stakeholders so that Bop Design can deliver an end product that satisfies their needs. Problems could arise if your point of contact doesn’t have regular contact with the key stakeholders within your organization.

Bop Design handled a complete site overhaul for an IT solutions provider. The team initially provided concepts for homepage design and initial copy ideas before redesigning and upgrading the client's site.
Bop Design's work improved the site's design and functionality. The team established a smooth workflow by communicating effectively and being receptive to feedback. Their thorough approach to development, combined with their commitment to delivering a top-tier site, made them stand out.
The client submitted this review online.
BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
Volta is an IT solutions and services provider. I'm the Director of Sales & Marketing.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Bop Design?
Volta's website was created during its rebrand and rename over 5 years ago. At the time our site served our needs, but over the years our business has evolved and the way we were using our site was no longer conducive to the way it was designed and developed. We hired BOP to overhaul our existing site and to help us achieve our goals of having a more robust site with a simplified go-to-market strategy.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We received proposals from three companies, all of which had their individual strengths. We ultimately went with BOP because of their expertise in B2B business, previous experience working with IT service companies, and the value of their proposal.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
Bop's process is extremely streamlined. We completed a questionnaire shortly after signing the contract that outlined our business, our goals of the project, and features and functionality that we wanted to see achieved through this project. After that, we had a kickoff call to walk through the questionnaire with key team members that we worked with throughout the project to answer questions and dive deeper on some topics.
We then looked at two concepts for homepage design and initial copy ideas. Once those were approved, we moved into sub-page design and working with their team on copy for the subsequent pages. Once the site was out of development, we worked with their technical team on QC's and looped in our hosting team to work through site launch.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
In total, we worked with 5 individuals from BOP. Their responsibilities were project management, design, technical lead, copy and SEO expert, and a copywriter.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We're still measuring for specific metrics (increase or decrease), but overall we're very pleased with the deliverable from the design, the functionality, and the experience working with the BOP team.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow between the teams was excellent. Bop's project manager was an effective communicator and managed communications from the entire BOP team, which made it easy for us to manage and provide feedback on our end.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
We were impressed with the whole experience and the finished product. You can tell they're used to working with business professionals that have other things going on at the same time as a major web development project. They never wasted our time or sent things for our review and feedback that wasn't fully baked and prepared. We appreciated that. Furthermore, we are very pleased with how our website turned out. It accomplished everything we set out for with the project and we're excited to continue to put it to use in our marketing efforts.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We're working through some kinks on our end now that the site is in production and as we continue to add to it, but the Bop team has been responsive in sorting out those issues.

Bop Design designed and implemented a website for an exchange platform and order-matching engine developer. They built the initial homepage, designed a logo, and created a sitemap design for the client.
Bop Design built a simple and user-friendly website for the client. The new website and consistent marketing materials also helped the client generate quality leads. Overall, the team was clear about their requirements in order to meet deadlines and achieve the client's objectives.
The client submitted this review online.
BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the Co-Founder and CEO. Connamara Technologies provides a platform, EP3, to enable companies to develop electronic exchanges. The technology is similar to the technology used by the largest global stock and derivatives exchanges. Connamara Technologies was spun out of Connamara Systems, a software engineering services firm specializing in financial technology.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Bop Design?
We hired Bop to design and implement a web site for the newly formed company, Connamara Technologies, a B2B product company. A few challenges existed.
the product is very specialized.
The product is very technical
The product is very expensive
we wanted a website that attracted high quality leads via solid SEO.
we were on a tight timeline (4 months)
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We looked for review of B2B webdesign firms. We wanted a firm that understood that the number of "clicks" is not as important as the quality of "clicks". We looked at the portfolio of work that the firm had produced.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
We had a couple of sales calls. Through those calls we found that BOP was a good fit. There was a kickoff call where Bop laid out the project plan and introduced the team. We were given a questionnaire to complete. Once that was completed Bop went away for a couple of weeks to create the initial homepage, logo, sitemap design based on our responses in the questionnaire.
We gave feedback on the designs. Bop returned with updated designs based on our feedback. We approved the design. We then went through a content creation process based on the sitemap. We would provide a draft copy and Bop would then edit the copy for pizzazz and consistent voice.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
At least 5 or 6 each with a different focus during the different project phases.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We were provided with a brand guide that has helped us develop new and consistent marketing materials. email signatures, linkkedin profiles. Our website is clean and presents our value is a non-technical way. The leads we are seeing are of high quality.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Bop kept us on task. They were very clear as to what they needed from us to be successful and when they needed it to keep us on schedule. the meetings were efficient and ran on schedule.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
We found that the designers and copy editors were able to understand our product, its value, and get a grasp for the arcane language used by this part of the financial technology industry. We did not need to "educate" the Bop team. They took it upon themselves to get up to speed.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Nothing. they nailed it. We are using them for a website refresh for another company we own.

"Everyone we worked with was clearly an expert in their role."
Bop Design developed a new website for an e-commerce platform provider. The team provided an outline of the project and worked based on that. Around six teammates worked directly with the client on the project.
The website was launched successfully; internal stakeholders provided positive feedback to the website. Bop Design managed the project well and used helpful tools to collaborate with the client, such as Smartsheet, GatherContent, and BugHerd. They were truly responsive throughout the engagement.
The client submitted this review online.
BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
Company provides platform for ecommerce brands. I am a marketing director here and was in charge of our website redesign. Vetting out agencies, managing project and then managing website post launch.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Bop Design, and what were your goals?
We were in need of a brand new website that would clearly communicate to visitors what we offered as well as generate leads for our sales team.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Bop showed a clear history of success designing and building websites for businesses that would generate leads. They "spoke our language" and needed very little guidance of what we were wanting to achieve with a new website. Also, as far as pricing, they couldn't be beat.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
Our project began with a kick off meeting with our main internal contacts for the project. The Bop team defined their team and what their roles were and provided us a Smartsheet outlining the entire project including dates so we could see exactly what was going to be done when.
They also were able to clearly communicate the fact that all dates were dependent upon our team sticking to the deadlines assigned to us. Bop also set up weekly calls so we always had a chance to ask questions, clarify needs, etc. Our assigned project manager, Jess, was also very responsive when it came to any inquiries we sent via email, we never waited more than 24 business hours to get a response. Throughout the process we were given access to GatherContent to provide feedback on the content they wrote as well as BugHerd to provide feedback on the test site prior to launch.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We primarily worked with 6 of Bop's team members to get our site launched. Our assigned project manager, a brand and content manager, copywriter, art director, web development director as well as one of the co-owner's of the company.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We launched our new site a week ago so we don't have any measurable outcome yet. However, we have heard from many internal team members how amazing the site is. Not just visually, but how well it communicates to visitors what we do (a major issue in our previous site).
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
We primarily relied on email to work with our project manager but we also had access to the Smartsheet she had created outlining the entire project with deadlines. We also had weekly meetings scheduled with the key team members depending on where we were in the project to ensure we always had an opportunity to discuss any questions we might have. Everyone we reached out to on the team was very responsive, responding within 24 business hours. And if someone were out of the office their out of office message made it very clear who to reach out to in their absence.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Responsiveness, ability to grasp our offering even though it wasn't all ironed out before we started working with Bop, their patience when we didn't always have everything they needed at the date it was requested, their ability to communicate their reasoning for certain decisions (copy, design, implementation, etc.). Plus, everyone we worked with was clearly an expert in their role and so pleasant to interact with.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Nope. I've worked with other agencies in the past and working with Bop was an extremely better experience.

Bop Design built the WordPress website of a healthcare engagement company. They applied Elementor onto the site, which gave the client more flexibility for internal updates.
Bop Design brought a good uptick in the client's traffic. The vendor always knew how and when to update them with a focus on timeliness on their end of the partnership despite facing delays. The responsive team was also easy to work with.
The client submitted this review online.
BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
We are a healthcare engagement company that provides programs for healthcare organizations to outreach and connect with their members and patients to educate, communicate, and drive healthy behavior. I am the Demand Generation Marketing Director, so I was directly involved with the website refresh we did with Bop in 2022.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Bop Design, and what were your goals?
We had recently acquired another company, changed our positioning, and gave our branding a refresh. As such, we needed to update our website's positioning, structure, and look/feel.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We selected Bop because we had worked with them previously for web development and design and had a good experience, so we knew they were familiar with how our site was built and with our team.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
Our team worked internally to produce content and design mock ups for key pages of the website. We handed those over to Bop who then applied those designs to the remaining pages (about 10) and built the new website. They implemented Elementor onto our WordPress site, which gave us more flexibility on internal updates, and they integrated our HubSpot forms onto our WP site. We then worked through edits and revisions and launched.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We had about 3 main people who worked with us throughout the Project: Dana Marie Adams, Project Manager; Tim Shadduck, Website Success Manager; Emily Proctor, Web Development Director.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
It has been 60 days since our website launch and we've so far seen a good uptick in traffic. We're waiting to see if that levels out or drops again to fully evaluate the results of the refresh.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
They managed the project very well. We always knew where we were on our plan, they gave updated deadlines and timelines as we missed deadlines because of internal blockers, and they stuck on schedule for the most part the whole way through.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They were easy to work with. With vendors, it can sometimes be hit or miss with the level of quality you get with their work or the ease of working with them, but Bop was a pleasant experience. We worked well together. We hit our website launch deadline right on the dot, and they were responsive and helpful the whole way through. We will use them again for our next website project.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
There were a few edits that I had to give multiple times before they were addressed. Everything got done in the end, though.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am a Founder at Outcome Security, a cybersecurity startup focused on building Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Bop Design, and what were your goals?
As part of creating Outcome Security's online presence we needed a website built from scratch. We were looking to differentiate ourselves from the rest of the market in terms of how we were preventing ourselves, our company, and our product. This website is one of our foundational pieces to build a sales and marketing funnel
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We compared Bop with several other website vendors with different strengths/weaknesses. We chose Bop due to their previous projects and their focus on making their websites a functional part of creating and driving leads for the business.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We had an initial kickoff meeting to describe what we were looking for broadly, for the project. Bop delivered us two radically different designs for how the website would function and be laid out. From there, as they were building the website Bop provided us with a general questionnaire as well as follow-up meetings to talk through our company's value propositions and what pieces we wanted to emphasize from an SEO perspective.
Bop created the initial marketing copy at our direction and we went through several rounds of revisions while the website was being constructed. Bop also advised and assisted us on setting up the hosting provider we should use for the final product. We ended up using Pantheon and CloudFlare for hosting and CDN services, respectively.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked with about 5-6 people throughout the project, including content teams, design teams, Bop's founders, and their technical teams.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Reaction to the new website has been very positive, and customer reaction around how our website stands out from competitors has been encouraging.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Bop's cadence was generally weekly or bi-weekly, depending on the phase of the project, but they were always available to attend to our questions, concerns, and requests. Towards the end of the process, when we were finalizing the website, Bop used a combination of BugHerd and Adobe XD to make it easy for us to provide direct feedback and discussion around specific parts of the website.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The emphasis from day 1 about maximizing business value and lead generation from the website was appreciated. Additionally, the use of AdobeXD and Bugherd for specific website feedback was extremely useful.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We slipped slightly on our original projections for when the project would be finished. While this wasn't a big deal, communication about what was causing schedule changes would have been helpful.

BOP Design redesigned and developed a new website for an engineering company. They delivered several wireframes, mock-ups, developed content, and optimized the lead generation process.
Feedback for the website that BOP Design delivered was met with positive acclaim. The team increased the platform's online traffic at an efficient rate, and internal stakeholders were particularly impressed with BOP Design's attention to detail and unique development process.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I worked with the BOP Design team at a multi-disciplinary engineering company as the Director of Communications.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Bop Design, and what were your goals?
We hired BOP Design to redesign and develop a new company website. The company had not had a new website in 10+ years so not only did we need a new and compelling interface that would drive prospective clients and employees into the site and look impressive, but also all new content.
Our goal was to have a modern, contemporary feeling website that spoke to
our long-standing success/credibility in the industry across many disciplines,
our innovative project approach and expertise
our overall company culture (to communicate our integrity and tenure of employees to clients, drive recruiting and retention efforts with employees).
We also hoped to increase lead generation on project opportunities coming in through our website.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We interviewed several vendors and BOP Design stood out amongst the rest for their impressive case studies/portfolio, high level of responsiveness, technical expertise, professionalism, and ability to lead a project like ours with lots of internal stakeholders.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
BOP Design led us through all the phases of building a new website, from wire framing, to design mock-ups, to content/copy, and more. We also went through a process to optimize our website and drive high SEO/future lead generation, including redoing our internal process of how leads were shared from the site internally.
The entire website overhaul process was robust and we would have been lost without their expertise, talent, and leadership.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We were very impressed with the team at BOP Design. We had a clear point-of-contact to work with directly who was extremely responsive, but also got exposure in meetings to a broader team of leaders, designer, developers, writers, etc.
This worked really well for us as we always had someone we could quickly get global updates from as a single primary contact, but also had the opportunity to speak directly to the team that were hands-on working on the project from a technical perspective when key ideas were conceptualized (so we never once had issues with miscommunications from our vision/needs being passed through too many sources).
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We had a ton of positive feedback from both internal stakeholders (executive leadership, staff, etc.) and external stakeholders (clients, industry colleagues, etc.). We had an increase in not only site traffic, but also active lead generation coming in through the site.
We also now have an internal team of employees that are trained by BOP Design on how to do many content updates to the website independently, which is really helpful from both a cost and time efficiency standpoint.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
I can't say enough about the customer service and responsiveness of the BOP Design team. From the first interview to post-launch, they were extremely professional, informative, communicative, and supportive.
They also were a lot of fun to work with; I don't have a bad thing to say about anyone on their team and they made a daunting process feel really doable and exciting.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The website now is in a different stratosphere than what it was before working with BOP Design. They not only delivered a superior product, but presented an all-star team to work with us and guide us through this process.
Their team was more responsive than any other vendor I've worked with in my career. The training they provided at the end of the project was incredibly helpful and shows the character of their business (that they wanted us to be self-sustaining post-launch).
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We didn't have a single bad experience with BOP Design throughout this process. I wouldn't change a thing.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I am a Marketing Director for a SaaS business tailored towards a very niche market. Like other tech start-ups, I wear multiple hats within the marketing department and rely heavily on outsourced help to get the work done.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Bop Design?
The initial project started over two years ago as a website overhaul, moving it entirely from ModX to Wordpress. I then kept BOP Design on a monthly retainer to continue to support the website both from a design and development standpoint. I typically use 20+ hours/month of a variety of website projects (new pages, updates, site speed, troubleshooting, etc).
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
After reviewing 4 proposals and meeting the BOP Design team, it became clear that they not only had the expertise we were looking for but they also aligned most to our company culture. I continue to use them to this day because they are extremely attentive, very low-maintenance, and get the projects done.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
For the website overhaul, the project originally started with a few discovery calls. Once those calls were completed, design comps were provided, as well as a review of pages we should keep or re-direct. We went through 2 rounds of comps and, once those were reviewed/approved internally, the development work started. Then the website was live in a sandbox, we had time to review/comment. All of the comments were addressed and then the website went live. After it went live, we had 90 days to address any errors or issues that popped up after that.
Overall, a good process considering the scope of work. For the ongoing retainer, I meet bi-weekly with the BOP Design team to review what is new/what is in queue/what was completed. In between the two weeks, I am allowed to continue to send/review requests. Typically design work starts in the beginning of the month, with dev work done at the tail end of the month.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
In total, we work with 3 BOP Design team members. One is an Account Manager and the other two are developers. They then work with additional BOP team members to spread out the work but I do not actively engage with those individuals.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Thanks to BOP Design, we moved the website to Wordpress which immensely helped us to increase our speed to market with new content. We more than doubled traffic to our website since implementing the new platform.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow between myself and BOP Design is very effective. They communicate project statuses frequently and are transparent when deadlines are unreasonable. In many cases, they have saved my skin by being more than accommodating with tight timelines and frequent executive level edits.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I really enjoy working with BOP Design. They clearly have the expertise and I know, no matter how tough the project may be, they find a way to make it work. In many ways, they feel like an extension of my team and when we work together, it is very collaborative and empathetic. I cannot recommend them enough.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
They continue to grow at a fast pace and there are times I worry that they may not keep up with demand. I have yet to see that happen though (and that's coming from someone that typically goes over their allotted hours).

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the Head of Marketing at a software company in the transportation and logistics industry
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Bop Design?
Our website was created several years ago and had become outdated and slow. Since it was an old website, we just kept building on an antiquated structure which led to continual problems. We had virtually no development in house and limited design capacity, so we hired BOP to do a complete redesign. The goal was to make the website more modern and engaging and to significantly increase traffic.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We looked at several firms when evaluating this project. We met with several companies to understand their approach. There were We looked at several firms when evaluating this project. We met with several companies to understand their approach. There were several factors in choosing the BOP. In no particular order, compared to a lot of other firms we spoke with, BOP’s core business was in website design and development. Their presentation and proposal were the clearest and met our needs best. They also addressed our concerns and questions.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
We had a series of meeting with BOP. They outlined the process, who we would be working, how to channel feedback. They also outlined the schedule we would follow. During the process they allowed us to see and provide feedback on the structure, navigation, and design.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked with a team of about 4-5. We had assigned project manager, a designer, a developer (or someone that worked on that aspect. I assume there were a number of developers that worked on our website), we also had 1-2 people work on integrations.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
While we are still gathering some of the metrics, here are few notable improvements. Site speed has dramatically increase, lead count on our website has increased. Overall engagement on our website has improved.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The BOP team is very organized and very experienced. They have built many, many websites and so they have a structure and model and are good about keeping things in order. While they have a structure, they are not so rigid as to not listen to feedback or look for various solution. They were always professional and did their best to accommodate to our needs.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
While BOP does a lot more than website design, what makes them stand out in my mind is their expertise and experience in this area. As noted, they have designed and rebuilt many websites. So they know what they are doing. Sometimes just doing things consistently is what makes a company unique. That is not to say everything they do is cookie cutter. The team stays abreast of new techniques and trends, so they are able to bring a fresh element.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
It did take us a bit longer than anticipated. While some of this was on us for not gathering feedback back fast enough, in some areas, I think we simply needed more time, so perhaps that needs to be built into the schedule. We also had a few hiccups when rolling out our website to other regions. I think this would be the biggest area of improvement. The process and flow broke down a bit when rolling this website to other countries. It seems like we did not follow the same regiment and process that made the US website a success.
