We always enjoy working with Paradem Consulting because they’re a friendly and professional group of people. We haven’t had any issues so I would say their project management is very good. We use Slack, Notion, and Zoom to communicate, and Google Docs, Calendar, and Drive to manage the project and keep track of our files. My advice is to work with them and collaborate. They have a lot of knowledge and experience so instead of going to them with ideas or solutions, provide the problem and ask them for their expertise.
