The project entailed building a 10-page website utilizing a color scheme in line with our logo. We also needed a blog set up on the website. We provided the content. All other creative and design was the responsibility of Vlux Designs.

• The design of the website was fantastic -- exactly what we were looking for.

I’m the CEO of a business development and marketing agency that focuses on helping transcranial magnetic stimulation and ketamine clinics grow in scale. Our mission is to help 10,000 people every year enroll in these alternative mental health treatments. We do this by partnering with clinics and helping them with marketing, CRM operations, and training.

What challenge were you trying to address with Vlux Designs?

I needed to redo our company’s website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We wanted a simple, clean design, and we needed it to be optimized to appear at the top of search engines. The solution needed to be a strong lead generation tool. We worked with Uriel (CEO) and his team to achieve all of that and more.

The work with Uriel is ongoing. They work with our enterprise client accounts to build out websites that require custom elements.

What is the team composition?

Uriel is my main contact. He’s the CEO and head designer — really great to work with.       

How did you come to work with Vlux Designs?

I was referred to them by two different people, so I was pretty much ready to go before I even spoke to them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about $8,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since June 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’re receiving five leads a week to our website. We’re a very niche market, and there are only 10,000 addressable individuals in our market, so five leads a week is a big win. We’re able to turn 60%–80% of those leads into appointments, and then we’re able to close 35% of those meetings. We’re very happy.

How did Vlux Designs perform from a project management standpoint?

We use Slack to communicate, which makes it easy, as I already use Slack with my business. Figma helped us design the website by allowing us to put together wireframes.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The attention of the owner stands out. The owner treats our business as if it were his own: he’s thorough and able to jump on calls when we’re doing an enterprise-level website. Everything has turned out amazingly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there is not. I have no negative feedback.

I'm the owner of a financial services business that focuses on credit repair and business funding.

For what projects/services did your company hire Vlux Designs, and what were your goals?

We concluded that our previous website was inadequate and therefore decided to do a complete redesign and rebuild. Unfortunately, the new design required a great deal of custom coding to get the website to render correctly over desktop, tablet, and mobile.

SOLUTION

How did you select Vlux Designs and what were the deciding factors?

Over three weeks, the original web dev struggled to get the designs appropriately coded. So I concluded that the problem required a highly skilled web dev to add custom code to Elementor. So I began a search that led me to VLux Design.

If you'll look at the design of www.thecreditbrains.com, it's easy to see why this was a challenging website to code. The resizing of image placements and text realignment required custom CSS coding, which VLux implemented with great precision.

I'm sure of the positions, but I believe that three members of the VLux team worked on the website. The founder was our primary contact during the development process.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We've experienced an enormous increase in website traffic and engagement. Clients have reported that the new website is easy to navigate and feels very professional.

The team's management style was professional and timely. All of our inquiries were promptly addressed either via email, Zoom, or customer video recordings that they would send to demonstrate various solutions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The level of commitment to achieving the high bar we set for accurately recreating the PSD website designs was immediately apparent. It's obviously easy to create compelling designs in Illustrator, but finding a web dev team capable of coding those designs was very challenging. VLux eliminated those challenges and produced a great website in short order.

100% happy with VLux design!

Velux Design built our website from scratch. The website is mainly a business portfolio for interested buyers and sellers or people interested in interior design. Some features include a carousel image that people can interact with, video content from our about page portfolio, and an Instagram feed that links to our website with updates whenever we post. Velux Design gave us different options in regards to how we would want to build the website. They basically custom-coded everything if that was the option we wanted.The easier way they offered was through Software Elementor, which is basically a page builder or option that allowed more flexibility in terms of our role in

Vlux Designs has developed our new website from scratch. The website is mainly a business portfolio for interested buyers and those interested in interior design. Some features include an interactive carousel image, video content, an about page portfolio, and an Instagram feed that links to our website that updates whenever we post. Vlux Designs gave us different options for how we could build the website. We chose the WordPress option because it allowed for more flexibility in designing the website. They also provide monthly website maintenance.

Uriel is very responsive over our Slack channel and phone. He provides video tutorials if we have any questions. They were great at updating us when tasks would be complete and they delivered within budget.

Be as communicative as possible. The more clear you are will produce better results.

My business was new, so I needed a website to have a place where people could go and see what my business was about.

Vlux Designs has designed and built my whole website from scratch, and they now take care of its maintenance. They’ve also developed our logo and trademark and designed our marketing collateral, including name tags, business cards, and brochures. Moreover, their team has supported our advertising, marketing, and overall design efforts. Initially, I gave them some ideas, and they iterated on those to meet me in the middle.

On our website, users can log in, see what our company is about, and apply for jobs. They can also see the products we offer and request services. Overall, it is a business website.

I’ve mostly worked with the CEO.

Someone from our industry recommended them to me because they had done a great job building their website. When I was looking for a partner, I wanted to be able to work hand in hand with the vendor and have my input taken into account, and I felt that Vlux Designs would be a good fit for that. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Vlux Designs has done a really good job. The layout and colors of the site are very nice, and it looks very professional. As general feedback, I’ve kept working with them for over a year, which talks loudly about my satisfaction level. In the future, I want to build an app for my business, so I would like to use them for that project as well.

Vlux Designs has delivered on time and stayed within the budget. The project has been very collaborative, and it has required a joint effort from both sides. We typically communicate through Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Vlux Designs’ main strength is their attention to customers. They work hand in hand with us to make us feel included in the project, so our satisfaction is high. Additionally, they’ve done what I expected.

Everyone has room for improvement, but I’m satisfied with everything Vlux Designs has done for me.
