I’m the manager of a company that manufactures and distributes motorcycle parts.

What challenge were you trying to address with CHROMA SOULS?

We needed assistance with our branding, other visual products, and graphic design tasks like presentations and advertising.

What was the scope of their involvement?

CHROMA SOULS has created my business’ branding from scratch; I provided my company’s name and an idea of what I wanted, then we created a mood board and started building from there — it was a lengthy process, from choosing fonts to color schemes. CHROMA SOULS made a few sketches until they designed the final logo.

Since then, CHROMA SOULS has been assisting us with our graphic design. All the digital advertising we do is with images that they’ve created. When I need something, I come up with a mood board, and we start from there. They help me design what I need, whether it’s a presentation or a digital ad. CHROMA SOULS also creates animated videos for us.

What is the team composition?

I only work with CHROMA SOULS’ senior designer, Patrick (Multi-Media Designer).

How did you come to work with CHROMA SOULS?

I chose CHROMA SOULS because of Patrick’s portfolio. I looked at his previous work with other brands and found it impressive.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve invested around $50,000–$200,000 with CHROMA SOULS since we started working together.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2015, and the partnership is still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

CHROMA SOULS is always able to translate what I have in my head into a visual product, whether it’s a video animation or an image. We have tripled our income since we started working with them, and what they create for our digital advertising brings traffic to our business. 

How did CHROMA SOULS perform from a project management standpoint?

CHROMA SOULS always meets deadlines or delivers work earlier than the set date. We usually communicate through email and text messages and use other project management platforms.

What did you find most impressive about them?

CHROMA SOULS’ artistry is their strongest point. The quality of their work is great, and they’re knowledgeable. Moreover, they have a good response time and always bring what I have in my head to life.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything for CHROMA SOULS to improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend you provide a proper mood board and directions for them to work with.

I am the Head of Brand and Communications. I oversee our brand voice, look & feel, internal + external communications.

For what projects/services did your company hire CHROMA SOULS?

To be our design partner for any and all projects. Patrick is extremely nimble, quick to execute, has a great eye for design, and is able to create pretty much any kind of designed assets from video to illustration, photo editing, and beyond. Patrick helped get out social media, digital ads, campaigns, and experiential projects up and running!

He understands our brand and what we need to showcase what we do differently.

This is an ongoing partnership and for all intents and purposes he is our design arm.

In total, Patrick works with our entire marketing team — Acquisition (i.e Facebook and Instagram ads), Organic Social (our own platforms), Experiential (signage and collateral), Brand (decks, fact sheets). Also our sales and office teams for physical and digital collateral.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Patrick is the reason we were able to have a digital and event presence. Their ability to handle an array of projects is imperative for an early-stage startup like us!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Incredible! His communication skills and ability to set clear delivery expectations is just wonderful.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Chroma Souls and Patrick never failed when we needed them most. I would say ability to be "design in a box" is the most impressive, I caught myself saying, "wow you can do that?" a number of times.

Not at this moment.

Tenet Beef is a genetic certification company providing the industry's first tenderness certification. I am the founder/owner of this company.

For what projects/services did your company hire CHROMA SOULS?

We started from scratch with Chroma Souls, beginning with brand development followed by web design, development, marketing strategy, video production and ecommerce.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal for this project was to create a first of its kind brand that would resonate with both industry and consumer markets. Chroma Souls was tasked with branding and explaining a complicated topic.

How did you select CHROMA SOULS?

Through word of mouth. We heard there was an entertainment marketing firm, with mass marketing and communication experience that was focusing on expanding into agriculture.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Chroma Souls began by developing logo and tagline concepts. Once we'd decided on the direction, Chroma Souls began the design and development of our website.

Website content included an animated video production with professional voiceover. I just recently finished recording two podcasts with Chroma Souls who is also developing both consumer and industry marketing strategies.

What was the team composition?

We worked directly with the lead creative director and art director who managed the development elements with the rest of their team.

I currently work directly with the head of strategy on an ongoing basis.

We have received high praise for our overall brand presentation from the US beef industry, resulting in negotiations for an exciting partnership that will distribute and market our certifications.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Chroma Souls has been 100% accessible and not only delivers on time, but offers proactive strategy and upkeep throughout all aspects of our marketing and development needs.

They are available anytime we need them.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Everything Chroma Souls has produced has exceeded our initial expectations. There are no shortcuts and everything is top-tier, a trait hard to find within agricultural or genetic brands.

The project was yo compilaré my portfolio for 15 years resuming the best to show and showing also in the best possible way. Designing and creating a website that was faithful to what I want my new posible clients to see.

I Absolutely love my website I believe all the goals were fulfilled. The comments from my clients prove the success also I feel confident to show my portafolio to anyone knowing that it will create a great first impression.

It was excellent really the communication was always great the timing always worked. The energy was fluent and productive.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I really love the vision and modern of the perspective. I love my logo which was a total creation of chroma souls based on my sign and likes. The aesthetics and ideas always sounded excellent for me.

I think this is a great company that I would recommend to anyone looking for web design and logo design.
