Our brand was originally created by our CEO's next door neighbour. It was massively outdated and even though we'd tried to modernise it, it was time for complete overhaul. We spent time working on what the vision for the long term goal of the business was (we originally were a consultancy business), our product lines, what we wanted to be known for.

What we wanted was a concise brand identity that we could use for the next 5-10 years. This meant a complete overhaul of everything from a brand stand point, as well as updating logos, design assets and more.

Brand guidelines presentation together with associated assets (logos, guidelines, colour pallette)

The team always delivered on time, and there were a few things where the feedback from my team was a bit late, but they still managed to accomodate these changes. The Brand Tailor team really dived down into the weeds to understand our business, our sector, what other great companies within our industry do and where we wanted to go. They took feedback on board but also pushed us when needed so we didn't stay too comfortable.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Doing a 'real' rebrand is a time consuming and stressful project. Especially when the existing brand is tied directly to the CEO. They made sure that everyone at our company was brought into the project and helped to get the best out of us during the process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Brand Tailor Branding Agency could have done differently?

More of those amazing home made cookies that one of the team brought for our meeting. Apart from that, they were brilliant.
