August Ash led us through the process to update our website. They did the "behind the scenes" work and advised us on resources for outside photography services, as well as offering guidance on strategy for increased content. On a continuing basis, they provide SEO expertise and analytics reporting to help us see how our marketing investment is performing.

To completely re-design an initial website and to provide top-end functionality to the website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I researched many firms but August Ash was recommended to me by executives with whom I coach. Also, I very much liked my initial contact person, Shawn Haukaas.

WEw had several Discovery meetings to determine my objectives.WE launched and begacn the development and design of the UX/UI experience, created a logo, compelling content and images for each episode of the story.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have completed the "soft launch" and the site is inviting and compelling. We are working to start the social media marketing campaign which is an additional project from our original website design work.

Use of good communication tools like Basecamp, several Zoom calls, and check-ins as needed.

They have created an excellent and professional website and the people are wonderful to work with!

No! I was very inexperienced and had huge learning curves but they were always there to help and support me.
