I was partnered with Samantha and we got started with basically a meet and greet. We went over what I envisioned for my site and they needs that I had. Then she went to work! We met up virtually a few times to touch base and make any changes that needed to be done until we got to the finished product.

The content they have created for us has definitely helped build our credibility in the market. We have seen an increase in traffic as a result. The content is also relatable to people in our industry, which is the most important part.

Our teams primarily communicate via email. They send me content and I either approve or deny it. For example, if the picture doesn’t match what we’re trying to say or if the information is incorrect, they’ll change it for us. They also adapt and do research for special projects.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their expertise in creating content truly sets them apart. They also follow up quickly. If I send an email, I usually get a response within 24 hours, sometimes even less.

Their pricing is a little high, but you get high-quality content. There are lots of other small businesses in the arena with lower prices, but we stick with DCA Virtual Business Support because of the relationship we have built with them.

Communicate the specifics of what you want to accomplish. It took some time to help them understand our niche industry. Detailing your needs makes the process much smoother.

We've been with them for a while now and I usually just reach out to the team member I need directly and get what I need.

The most obvious impact was the speed at which we could scale. Of course, my partner and I had more time, but the work that DCA did was completed very quickly as well.

My in-house team, paired with DCA's team, helped us increase capacity in just a couple of months. We were able to take on more clients and make more money.

The comprehensive onboarding process made me feel very comfortable. I adopted some of their onboarding tactics because it was so thorough.

I wanted a clean, professional image; I didn’t want a cluttered website, and they were able to help achieve that by cleaning up my ideas and ensuring they made sense. I’ve received very positive feedback from friends. The website is good. I didn’t have a direction in mind for it, but DCA Virtual Business Support was helpful. On the logo side, they cleaned up my idea and made sure it ended up the way I wanted.

We had a good chat over the phone initially, but everything after was laid out clearly in emails, with everyone on the team copied on the emails. There were no surprises.

No, there’s nothing I can think of. If they could do advertising, however, then that would be nice.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

A company is only as good as the team they have executing. I am blessed to have Samantha as my team lead. She is organized, attentive, pro-active, responsive and talented. Samantha did all my research and made all the suggestions for software integration which has work perfectly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

My only concern would be that we have invested in a relationship and a series of services that we need maintained by this company. I do not know if they would have an adequate replacement for Samantha should anything change in their organization.
