I'm the CEO of Dogsmile, an application created to give life to a social network dedicated to the world of animals.

We wanted to create an application with lots of features and at the same time simple to use.

I chose my supplier based on the first interview I had. Res media offered the best solution at a great price with the best technical presentation.

We had many calls in which to discuss the project. I was followed by Res media in every step. From the realization of the mock up to the programming. I received constant updates, day by day.

A project manager (Nicola) has been assigned who is always available for my every request. A brand artist created the mock up (Samantha). A very good programmer (Andrea) has created the app.

Since the launch of the app I have received a lot of interest from some companies in the pet sector and from an investment fund who would like to invest in this business.

All the res media people I've worked with have shown great efficiency and seriousness and also great linearity in communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very clear and patient. I have made many requests for changes according to my taste and my needs and they have always been available to accept them.

I don't know what to say at the moment.

We needed help with mobile app development and advertising services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Res Media has developed our mobile app and website and provided advertising services. They built the app from scratch based on the references I gave them on how I wanted it to look and feel — I needed the app to be very easy to use. Regarding technologies, they built the app for Android and iOS. 

In terms of the advertising portion, they’re promoting the app on Facebook and Instagram.

I’ve worked directly with Danielle (CEO) and Nicola (Developer).

How did you come to work with Res Media?

I found them by searching on Google.

How much have you invested in them?

So far, I’ve spent around $25,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

I’m delighted with their work, and I appreciate what they’ve done because the app is great, and everything works well. Besides, whenever I have a problem, they always support me.

I like that they’re always willing to help us — that’s the most important thing for us.

We wanted to develop a mobile app, we needed someone to help us with the project.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After having searched the internet and viewed various companies, I felt that Res media was the most reliable and best suited for the project.

We had a series of meetings where we explained our idea and shared our goals with them. After having validated the app idea to verify its suitability and effectiveness and having carried out the necessary market research to ensure the existence of a suitable audience / target, the abstract idea was transformed into a project. 

Firstly, passing through the wireframe creation phase and then the mockup; after which we proceeded with the programming phase of the app and the multi-phase verification of its operation. The technologies used are IOS and Android. The product was then sent to the Apple and Google account stores, for publication in the Stores.

Graphics with which we interfaced in the creation of the mockup. A Google certified consultant and BackOffice manager, in charge of being our main point of contact, who interacted with the various developers who contributed to the creation of the app. And finally with the Sales Manager.

the APP was rated 5 stars and received great reviews, in particular it was rated positively in relation to its ease of use and understanding

As this was our first mobile app, they were very patient in guiding us through the various stages of development.

My company deals with the digitization of all types of activities and does it through an application called CHECK. The slogan of the app is "The first all-in-one app", precisely because there is the possibility to find everything. You can order breakfast, lunch or dinner. Order groceries or an aperitif. At the same time you have the opportunity to go shopping, find hotels, book sports facilities and finally find any type of service.

Res Media immediately proved to be professional and close to its customers. My goal was to complete a unique project never seen before. Res media has exceeded all my expectations, has developed my application and improved some aspects.

I came to know about Res Media through some newspaper articles and internet advertisements. The decisive factor was the professionalism and availability of the entire staff.

Check. it is a native application present on the main stores. The app was created from scratch by Res Media according to the needs presented by me. The first phase of the project was to present my idea to Res Media, after having evaluated and taken charge of it, we immediately moved on to a completely personalized graphic make-up.

Subsequently, the real programming began which lasted just over 6 months. A truly spectacular and above all unique work of its kind. Check is currently the only app that can provide all of this in one platform. Check is constantly growing especially in Southern Italy. But soon it will be on the entire national territory.
