Brave People was strategic in creating a new marketing website, complete with creative content messaging, web animation, a newly refreshed brand appeal with design patterns, new colors and a refreshed logo for our company.

For what you need out of a digital agency; superb listening skills, face-time sessions for creative direction and feedback, focused attention to detail, project tracking, clear task management, a team approach (ie, account lead, project lead, design lead, QA lead, creative writing lead, etc), great communication, etc. Brave People provided and accomplished everything successfully.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They just get it—from the top down. Each individual we interacted with understood their expertise, they each gave insightful assistance, they each made specific contributions with care, and they each brought a little creativity to the mix. They did it all with smiles. We feel to some degree, they were an extension of our own internal team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Brave People could have done differently?

Given the scope of work, change requests, and the overall amount of time needed, the QA process went a bit longer than expected. With resetting of expectations early and often, stakeholders who tend to get antsy, need wins along the way hoping to justify the collective time, energy, and spend, and I feel BP accomplished that as best as they could given the circumstances.

Very communicative and completed items as agreed to plan that was outlined during initial talks when full game plan was laid out and discussed in great length. They took the deadlines seriously which ultimately allowed us to launch as planned.

The people at Brave are so talented and hip and really bring an edge to any concept. They took it to a whole new level! I would use them for any and all future briskness projects I have. They are just that good👌

They pay attention to detail. In fact, they had one person dragging on my project and because they have a zero tolerance policing for mediocrity, they eliminated him and placed a phenomenal person in his place. They were consistently on their A game.
