They’re very flexible in this respect, and I find it very useful that I can work with them via WhatsApp. We also use Skype, and sharing files and reports is done via email.

I’m most impressed with their response speed. There were times when they replied to me even outside working hours. It’s not always the case, but, if they have to do overtime, they’ll do it. They work until the job is done properly.

Graphic design was their weakest point up to a certain point, and then they improved. Everything’s been good since then. Creation Infoways will spend the time to put things right for me, and they don’t charge me more for changes. They’ve told me “We promised to do it right, so we’ll keep going until it’s right.”

Now, everything is working fine. The internet is evolving all the time, and new features appear on Google from time to time. Creation Infoways studies the problem until they know what to do about it.
