Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We needed a website to advertise for our upcoming youth conference. The website needed to explain the purpose and plan for the conference as well as a list of speakers, their bios, their speaking topics, etc. And the website needed a place for them to register for the conference, to pay for it, and to fill out a release form. It also needed to be aesthetically pleasing.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• It's up and running now.
• People have already signed up for the conference.
• Lots of people have already learned about the conference from the website.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Yes, Furnari met my needs and desires. He did it fast. And he changed and revised things when asked. He was patient and considerate to our requests. He didn't act frustrated or offended when asked to revise things. Many web designers seem prideful and offended as though their feelings are hurt when you ask them to change what they made. Furnari wasn't like that at all. I felt heard and cared for.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The fast timing was impressive. And it looks amazing! But the most outstanding aspect is the patience, hard work, and integrity that Furnari has. We were able to get him to deliver what we were looking for because of his talents and because he works hard and is easy to work with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Furnari Web Design could have done differently?

No. Because he did everything we asked immediately when we asked.

I’m the owner of a gym floor company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Furnari Web Design? 

My website was outdated and used an old format, so I hired Furnari to help me. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Furnari developed a whole new website for me from scratch using Python. I sent them an email with the content I required and the photos that needed to be uploaded to the website. They offered some design samples, and we worked our way through them. 

So far, we’re working on payment features on the website. It currently has videos and extensive information about our business. There’s a gallery that shows people what our company does. Apart from that, Furnari provides maintenance and hosting services for us. 

What is the team composition?

My main contact person is a web designer. 

How did you come to work with Furnari Web Design?

I found Furnari via a referral. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the project in October 2022, and the collaboration is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

People have responded well to the website. They’ve commented positively on it, and it does exactly what I want it to do. Furnari has tidied up a lot of things on it and made it load a lot faster. 

How did Furnari Web Design perform from a project management standpoint?

Furnari responds to us promptly, and when they say they’re going to do something, they do it. Their communication has been great; we collaborated in person and via email. In terms of costs, nothing is done without the price being known to me. The team always tells us what something will cost, so I’m never shocked by any massive bills. Overall, I’ve been pleased with this side of things. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The Furnari team has been truly professional. They know what they’re talking about, and everything is reasonable. Overall, they over-deliver.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. They don’t drag their feet or do something that causes problems. We’ve had a great experience.
