We saw timely delivery on key items throughout the project. Social Driver was patient with our needs. One of our value statements is Intentional Collaboration. So, in our efforts to build a small team of stakeholders to help make decisions, the process may have been burdened. They were able to support through flexibility in scheduling and patience while our team worked through the decision making process.

Baunfire has launched the site a little after our initial target, but we've worked around it together, and it's totally fine. The delay isn't Baunfire's fault, and they've worked around the clock to get everything done. Baunfire is incredibly hardworking, and I'm pleased with their communication and collaboration.

We love our website and the results we have gotten from it. Daphne was our very first account manager. We truly felt like she cared for our success. Always following up, and checking in. Unfortunately, (for us) she was promoted and we were assigned a new Account Manager- Braeden. He is the ultimate hype man. Since having him as our account manager we have skyrocketed. The Gatorworks team members were incredibly efficient, insightful and effective during this entire process. They gathered feedback from staff as well as the program's outside technicians to generate files that could be used as blueprints for the new site. This whole process was one that our program attempted to accomplish for the better part of a decade but due to bandwidth issues couldn't get done on our own. Having members of Gatorworks come in and consult with staff was a smart move that has resulted in us having exactly what we need to execute a full redesign of our site.
