It's challenging to frame it. We are increasingly reliant on the product for the market and ourselves as we build this. From our vantage point, we are assembling the wireframing and modifying to meet customer needs. Everything we require is being carried out by them. We are satisfied with the results and have a respectable user base. From a business standpoint, we want to significantly increase user engagement in order to foster networking and organic growth. We are discovering as we go along that there are some things that people demand up front but that we haven't yet given them, and that there are some channels of communication that users desired but that we didn't have. Taking into account the input from users, we are adding functionality and making adjustments.

Our engagement began with a discovery phase and we laid out our goals. And then, Our digital marketing initiatives, such as PPC, social media advertising, and SEO, are managed by Plentitud. The group manages our Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook and Instagram PPC campaigns. Any remarks made on social media by advertisers must be addressed by Plentitud. Our website has undergone fundamental adjustments as a result of their assistance with SEO.
In addition, Plentitud has offered us more digital services as we've added branches to our portfolio or created new ones. Ruby on Rails was used to develop the product itself. The cloud-based product is housed on an AWS server. The platform's access is highly secure, and both workflow management and case management are supported by the tool for end users. Additionally, it has analytics, reporting, a few extras for user interactions, and some document storage for learning.
