What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

One of the things I find most impressive about Landslide is the way they have captured our unique Grace Church community. I couldn't imagine how deeply they would come to know our parish and create a site that is just the right fit for us. Amanda even carved out time to visit us in person when she was in New York. In ways like this, Landslide goes the extra mile to understand the communities they work with, and it shines through in the final product.

After 10 years with our old site, we asked for a completely new site--new design including a new color palette, new navigation and easier content management, SEO, and better integration of video content.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It's still early, but one very significant outcome for us is that we have had almost no questions or comments from users who cannot find what they're looking for. We provided a FAQs page and produced a video about how to use the new site, but our other offering--in-person and Zoom help sessions to guide people through the new navigation--NO ONE signed up.

Instead we got comments from parishioners that the navigation was intuitive and clear and they had no trouble finding what they needed. We received a handful of email questions, but in a church of more than 4,000 members, I think we got three or four questions.

Landslide delivered on time without exception and responded quickly to questions and concerns. On a couple of occasions when we decided something wasn't going to work, they were ready and willing to pivot. The the project took as long as it did was due to our own internal delays.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They balanced innovation and creativity with a tried-and-true process that inspired confidence. They had great ideas, but were also very flexible when we pushed back. And throughout, they were enthusiastic and very encouraging.

Building a new website is intimidating for the client--it's a huge job--but we not only had their very capable team working for us, but they were tremendous cheerleaders for our own team.

I can't think of anything!
