Gatorworks partnered with GrowthReady to design and develop a fully customized WordPress website that reflects the brand’s authority in high-performance coaching and leadership development. The project included strategic site architecture, responsive design, lead generation integrations (including Calendly and email capture), on-page SEO, and performance optimization. The final deliverable was a polished, conversion-ready website with full backend training for ongoing content management.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since launching the site, we’ve seen some great momentum. In the first few months, traffic has grown steadily, and visitors are engaging more, spending longer on the site and clicking through more pages. The feedback so far has been really positive, and the new design feels much more aligned with what GrowthReady stands for. We’re excited to keep tracking how this foundation supports our visibility and reach moving forward.

Honestly, we were really impressed across the board. The process was smooth, the communication was clear, and the final product exceeded our expectations. We wanted a new and updated website to meet our vision in a very specific industry.

Gatorworks designed and developed a brand-new website from scratch. The team ensured the site was smartphone-friendly.

We found Gatorworks through a referral. The team had great reviews, and their portfolio was amazing when we met them for the first time.

We started the project in October 2024, and the website was launched in May 2025.

Gatorworks sent monthly progress reports to ensure we liked everything. The project was a huge success.

Since the website was launched, we've had a lot more traffic and orders coming from it. The site flows a lot smoother, and there are no more calls of confusion. Overall, the new website has been a huge help to us.

How did Gatorworks perform from a project management standpoint?

Gatorworks was always on time and kept us informed. If any delays happened, the team informed us immediately, let us know why, and fixed them. The team never gave us any issues regarding the changes we wanted to make, and was always available when we had questions. The project management team was fantastic, responsive, and informative. We communicated via email and Zoom meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed by how knowledgeable Gatorworks was and how every person on their team was invested and well-versed in their jobs.

Gatorworks manages our website. The team updates the content and ensures the site operates properly. In the future, we plan to build a new website.

How did you come to work with Gatorworks?

Gatorworks called me to give them an estimate for attic insulation. When I met with them about the services they offered, I was blown away. I was happy to see they had professionals to deal with all aspects of marketing.

We haven’t been charged anything additional for managing our website.

Gatorworks took over the management of our website in the fourth quarter of 2024, and our engagement is ongoing.

We’ve seen an increase in traffic to our website and more phone calls in the last six months.

How did Gatorworks perform from a project management standpoint?

The staff is very kind and courteous. They’re on top of everything. I always seem to have new ads to look over and approve. We communicate via in-person meetings and emails.

I love that there’s a team of people I can meet with in person. I’ve used companies in the past where everything was done remotely, which is OK, but I like being able to meet with the staff in person.

Ongoing Targeted Display with 600,000 impressions per month, Ongoing Paid Social, Ongoing Targeted Emails with 100k sends with a re-drop email for all openers and Ongoing YouTube. 

Switching from geogence to target display increased our clicks. With Youtube with our budget in one month we had a 45% view through rate with 350 clicks.  Our social ads produce almost 4,00 clicks in one month with a click through rate over over 2%. This April compared to last April, has nearly doubled the Impressions, 10 times the amount of Link Clicks and a more than 500% increase in Post Engagements. Our paid emails deliver to 100,000 incboxes ith a 18.50% view rate and over 2,000 clicks.

Comparing the last 12 months to the previous 12 months Gatorworks has delivered us 848% more website sessions, over 266% more engagement and over 1,444% more key conversions. In the top 10 website traffic generators.

Gatorworks leads the industry in project management. My account representative Cameron is the best around, super tentative and fabulous. The whole team is on top of my projects and honestly care about my results as much as I do.

The people, it is important to have a team who is inline with your goals and industry. Gatorworks is one of the best teams I have worked with. Super knowledgeable, transparent, leads and follows my tedious instructions and goals. They are always teaching and helping grow my ROI. The Gatorwork team took initiative and flew in to meet my team members and discuss our goals, ads and results in person. The team works with small to large budgets always designing a plan to work for your business restraints and goals.

How do you fix amazing? In all honestly they are usually on top of growing their knowledge and team before you even might have the thought. On top of their industry news, changes, struggles and such.

Following a discovery phase with Sea Grant staff, Gatorworks created wireframes that included refreshed looks for the overall design and navigation of our program's website. A handful of staff discussions ensued during which Sea Grant staff provided feedback on those wireframes, which were revised and later converted into layered Photoshop files that our technicians could then use to create new web templates.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Based off of some printed documentation and a handful of virtual chats, Gatorworks was able to create wireframes that offered revised design and navigation choices for our program's website. This allowed for productive discussions from staff, feedback from which was used to further refine wireframes prior to them being converted to workable files that our technicians could use to convert into web templates.

The Gatorworks team members were incredibly efficient, insightful and effective during this entire process. They gathered feedback from staff as well as the program's outside technicians to generate files that could be used as blueprints for the new site.

This whole process was one that our program attempted to accomplish for the better part of a decade but due to bandwidth issues couldn't get done on our own. Having members of Gatorworks come in and consult with staff was a smart move that has resulted in us having exactly what we need to execute a full redesign of our site.
