Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We’re very pleased with the outcome of the website and the results of our SEO campaign. We went from ranking 3–5 on some keywords to a consistent number one for all of our desired keywords.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They showed outstanding commitment to reaching our goals and very effective communication. As soon as we sent an email, we could expect a response within a few hours. They were also very punctual regarding phone meetings.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We’re most impressed by the results: we got exactly what we asked for and more and they not only met but exceeded our expectations. We developed a working relationship with our account manager who took the time to get to know our industry and meet our campaign’s needs and goals.

They work with the budget they’re given and guide us through the best way to disperse that budget for the best outcome. We provide the copy since healthcare is a difficult field to write copy for. Once that’s done, SEO Werkz executes the PPC, SEO, retargeting, or social campaigns that were approved. They've also fixed a lot of issues that we had on our website with our previous agency.

What was the team composition?

I work closely with about five of their team members. Overall, I've worked with eight people from SEO Werkz. It usually varies depending on the campaign that we are working on at the moment.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

With SEO Werkz's help, the majority of our SEO campaigns have targeted keywords that have brought our listings up to the first page, if not the first listing on Google, Yahoo, and Bing. The PPC campaigns have at least doubled our click-through rate and physicians have basically made back all of the money that they've spent to do the campaigns and more. It's great that SEO Werkz has made it so easy to track these numbers through the dashboards and reports that they update in real-time. We’re able to see how the campaign is doing at our convenience.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We stay connected throughout the day using Slack, and that's been amazing. It gives us the ability to be in constant contact even though we aren't all in the same office. We have our bi-weekly calls which also allow us to communicate the things that are difficult to explain through text, and gives them the time to give us a quick update on all of our campaigns.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I find it very impressive that SEO Werkz’s CEO is able to balance out his time to give each client the attention that they need, and constantly works to build a better process to improve his company.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There have been few issues with content creation that could be improved, as well as how they are managed. We addressed those issues and SEO Werkz took the feedback and quickly worked on a solution.

Since we launched with SEO Werkz, they've increased our website traffic and app installs significantly. They've been able to get our overall cost-per-click rates down and increase conversion rates.

It's incredibly strong and the lines of communication are excellent. They let us know when they needed something or if there's a problem or concern with current and upcoming campaigns. They also make frequent on-site visits to review performance and strengthen the relationship.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The speed and quality of their work deserve A+. I've worked with many agencies and SEO Werkz is the first to which I've willingly handed over the reins and trusted them completely.

I've never once felt the need to micromanage them, and I'm totally confident in their knowledge and expertise. I can count on them to do a great job and be proactive with new ideas.

The organic traffic to our website has dramatically increased as a result of their campaigns. Many of our individual campaigns for physicians and clinic locations have reported an increase in patient volume too.

We use Slack to communicate, which is great because we’re able to keep in touch regarding several different aspects of our project without hundreds of emails back and forth. They’re always very quick to respond and they try hard to meet our needs.

They’re extremely accessible and always eager to help. Any time we've hit a snag, they're quick to address our concerns and find ways to fix the problem.

We've had some issues with the quality of the content in terms of grammatical errors or medically inaccurate statements. However, after discussing these concerns with the team, they made significant efforts to improve.

SEO Werkz provides strategic direction and budget recommendations for new projects, creates all of the content and collateral, and provides us with reporting and analysis of all of our campaigns, including real-time dashboards that are easy to read and digest even with a physician audience that has limited time and limited understanding of digital marketing.

We work on an ongoing basis with about 8 team members from SEO Werkz. The size of the team varies based on the scope of the campaign for each of our clinics.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In all of our SEO campaigns, the targeted keywords have reached the first page and in 95% or more we see those keywords in the top 3 for Google, Bing, and Yahoo search engines. We have also seen a significant increase in traffic to the Revere Health website, going from an average of 16,000 unique visitors per month in December 2016 to more than 300,000 unique visitors to our website in the early part of 2019, a 1900% increase. Most of the PPC and social media campaigns have CTRs two to 10 times the average.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

SEO Werkz has workflows that facilitate many campaigns running at the same time, with simple forms to initiate new campaigns, and real-time dashboards as well as monthly reporting for continuous feedback. We also use Slack as a communication tool between members of their team and ours to enable quick conversations and cut down on emails back and forth.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are honest and will work hard for any and every client. They understand some of the frustrations that clients have experienced with other digital marketing companies (being overcharged, getting poor quality work, lack of reporting, lack of accountability) and make sure that their clients don't experience those issues. They are also very accessible, including the top leadership.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Quality content for our physicians (content that is medically accurate and informative) has been a challenge in the past, but every time that we have experienced a problem, their team has quickly addressed it. We also had some issues in the past with learning that some campaign deliverables were not provided, and we didn't learn about that until we discovered it on our own. However, as soon as the problem was discovered, SEO Werkz quickly provided a credit or refund on work that was paid for and not provided.

I’m the senior brand manager for Deseret Digital Media. Through their campaign management, we've been able to streamline our marketing and have seen improvements in the KPIs we’re tracking. We've also been able to consistently hit our ROI goals. The confidence I have in their abilities helps to alleviate stress and provides more time for me to concentrate on other priorities. SEO Werkz has been great about finding creative and effective solutions to meet our specific challenges.

SEO Werkz was contracted to identify the elements that need fixing and work directly with our development teams on-site to fix these issues.

Brian (SEO Director, SEO Werkz) worked directly with our product owners and developers. They had face-to-face interaction to get things done right.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We haven’t fully rolled out all of SEO Werkz’s suggestions yet, but they’ve set us up for success by leaving everything in place after our contract ends with them. They also performed equally as well with the paid search project.

The workflow went smoothly with Brian being in our building working directly with us every week. It minimized email chains and created a team atmosphere.

The knowledge and experience that Brian brought to KSL.com was top of the SEO industry level. His technical understanding gave confidence to our teams.
